Great App!

Very easy to use, the app has a detailed database of various drones and any conflicts are easily identified and remedied.

Hi guys
I thought I would use your app so I signed up put all my information in email address passwords everything and perfectly would not would not accept me when I went to go back in so I said OK forgot password. Send me a new password but I’ve done that five times now and nothing you guys don’t answer me you don’t say dickwhat gives thanks, Armand

Création d’opération et sélection

C’est difficile de créer une nouvelle opération à partir de rien (sans effectuer une copie). De plus la sélection du drone et du pilote est très longue puisque c’est impossible de l’inscrire en texte ou de le classer en ordre alphabétique.

It would be better if Face ID worked

The office is good a little cumbersome. It would be great if Face ID worked for logging in.

Sorry you're experiencing issues with our app. NAV Drone was briefly offline at the beginning of June. If you're still experiencing any issues, please contact our NAV Drone support team at navdrone@navcanada.ca.

App crashes

Cannot set up or log into account. Keeps showing error message. Unusable at the moment. I have an iphone13 with latest iOS.

Map useless

The map display is very small on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It is to the point that the app is useless. Do not know how this got past testing.

Thank you for flagging this issue. This is a known issue with the app and our developers are working on a solution. As an alternate option, you're welcome to use the web version of NAV Drone at navcanada.ca/navdrone.

Unusable app

Seriously this is the only app available to use to fly my drone? I’ve saved my pilot license in here 10 times and it won’t save. So every time I plan a flight it says I don’t have the necessary documentation or license to fly, because this app won’t save the information.
