    Trying to improve my game - the goal is scratch. Spent the winter using YouTube videos, and yoga classes - focusing on opening the hips and strengthening overall.
    I’ve worked out with weights and treadmill since I was 16, and golfed since I was about 12 (poorly…never took lessons)

    Self taught golf and eventually took a couple lessons at Golftown (which I thought were not helpful for my style of learning…I still have 8 left, hoping the wife goes)

    Decided to see if there were golf Centric lesson/workout apps and came across this…

    WOW! I have now finished about a weeks worth of lessons. I’m sitting here feeling exhausted but accomplished, sweat dripping all over my phone while I write this review…

    Already feel like I am rotating better, the back is feeling better (had lower back pain which is also why I changed workout routines 6 months ago).

    The app offers a 30 day trial - do it. But stick with it (I can’t wait until the next one!)

  • Amazing for a Tight Back Golfer

    Really love this. I’ve had trouble sticking with a workout that strengthens and stretches my back because they were boring (yoga) or they gave me headaches and back aches (weights). Sitting at a desk all day stiffened my back and messed with my posture and being someone that played sports my entire life I want to stay active. I’ve incorporated this into my workout schedule 5 days a week and it has helped my golf game, my boxing (3 days a week), and my cycling (3 days a week). I went all in and bought the trainer and full year subscription. Feel stronger and less stiff. This is a workout that will get you in shape and keep you in shape as you age. Functional exercises to keep you in the game.

  • Excellent program for athletes with injury

    I usually don’t write reviews but I want to express how much I love this program. I’m a high level golfer with back injury. Traditional weight lifting exercises, even for golf, does not work well for me. I had to be extra cautious with what I was doing in the gym and sometimes ended up hurting myself from heavy weight liftings. I practice/play 6 days a week and have been training with Golfforever program for about 3 weeks. I see a huge difference in pain level and tightness. Now I can practice and perform well in tournaments with less back pain concerns. Can’t say enough good things about this program!

  • Excellent for endurance and injury prevention

    I had gotten to the point where when I play 18 holes I could feel it afterwards and golf forever has made it so that I can practice and play without any pain or soreness. The workouts are challenging but also quick enough that I have been able to stick with the program. I would also highly recommend getting the swing trainer, which is an amazing and simple to use tool in this process. My posture has improved greatly, and my swing speed has increased 2 1/2 miles an hour in the last four weeks. It’s obvious that a lot of thought and planning went into this program, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

  • Highly Recommended

    The instruction is efficient and simple. The results come quick (within a couple of days). It is amazing how proper posture and muscle trigger point stretching made me feel in less than a week.

    I watch the videos on break or lunch go back and duplicate what I learned while at work for most exercises; that is how little is required to get started.

  • Golf fitness

    Love it !! Been going to the weight room on the off season ! I just wanted to real see if this could work differently.. but still going to the weight also. This work’s muscle parts that you real can’t get to ?
    With out the right technique and equipment,,

  • Dynamite

    These workouts are killer! I only done six complete workouts and feel the difference already in strength and flexibility. I have been doing Fit for Golf app for about 4 months and I can tell you that Golf Forever really focuses on what you need for the golf swing. I am 68 years old and have been popping drives 250 plus. This program was recommended by my teaching pro and I can tell you I’ll never look back! Can’t wait to see how my golf game improves when the season is in full swing!

  • For Senior Players, you need this program

    Dr. James and his excellent crew have designed a program that benefits Senior players in many ways. I have experienced a significant decrease in back pain and overall body conditioning and toning is very obvious. Golf season has yet to start in my part of the US, but I expect significant improvement in balance and durability. Thanks so much!

  • Outstanding product & program

    I’m 57 years old with some typical physical limitations: bad shoulder, arthritis in one knee. I play a lot of golf. This has already increased my distance and stability and I’ve been doing it for about a month. If you want to maximize your game for as long as possible make this investment
