Simple but very actionable and effective
I love this app! The Exercises are very simple to understand and build upon each other in difficulty. I love the variety between mobility and rotational strength. I’ve noticed a difference not only in distance but also the ease in which I’m swinging. As a 49 year old who has lost flexibility and strength over the last few years, I feel like I have an actionable program and roadmap to recapture how my body felt in my 30s.Show lessTLWalls
Great App poor support
The App is fantastic and easy to use. However the back of house operations for membership renewal and questions about the App seems to be run out of someone’s kitchen. Love the workouts and stretching.Frankjack
Excellent workouts
I would give this app and the program 5 stars except for one thing. It would be nice at the beginning of each workout to list the equipment we will be using and how to set them up. Some videos do, but for some I am scrambling to pause the video and set up equipment. I love the workouts and can’t wait to see how it affects my swing this summer.Show lessMary54321

No need to pause the video anymore! Recommended equipment has been added to each workout's start screen in addition to anchor position for tubing. So glad you're enjoying the program!!Need to go out of way to cancel
Unlike all my other app subscriptions, this one doesn’t appear under AppleID subscriptions nor is there a way to cancel in the app. I’ve emailed support multiple times but no response. It was after a lot of research that I found that they have a website you have to log into to cancel. Feels like they deliberately made it difficult to cancel which is why I’m giving a lower rating.Show lessChalls H

Why no landscape view?
My least favorite aspect of the original app has always been that you cannot use this app in landscape mode. Yes, you can view the videos in landscape after much fiddling around, but I want the home pages in landscape to avoid having to stand my iPad on top of the power cord. This version it’s much easier to follow along with what you are suppose to do. The videos are great to follow along and they make a custom workout for you! Excited to use the app again.vernhenn
