We try to use it yesterday here in Miami and it was keep on saying denied and today we are dealing with the bank because it’s charging us about 200 when we didn’t even use it, Now we are dealing with the bank and not been able to spend more money here on vacation all because our card got blocked because this stupid scooter was stealing money from us last night to be honest this whole thing is ridiculous They should , shout this down to be honest, it’s very inconvenient and unprofessionaljoelriosc

Why was I just randomly charged 10$ last month? You’re phone numbers don’t work and you haven’t gotten back to the emails. I finally was able to remove my card, but I just want to know why and is their any way I can get it back?! lol ridiculousTillermurph
Worst support
Subscribed to a monthly subscription expecting to use it but after getting the membership there are no rides at all. I was looking for a refund but they are not responding. Email is the only way to contact and even so they don’t reply!! What is wrong with these people!mahim00zz

I never signed up for a subscription service, I haven’t used any of the scooters since that day a MONTH ago AND I’m not able to remove my debit card from the app which is extremely ridiculous and frustrating because now I don’t know if I’m going to be charged this random fee monthly or what. But I need a refund for that random charge and I need to have my debit card removed from your appSammikenzie
