Not working!
I’m a Saint Leo University student and the app is not working for me and many other people on campus. It shows a “Retry” error for some reason as soon as you open the app.

When You Find The App
Buried in a bunch of broken links nothing works. No way to find out how to make it work. No idea of costs just everything goes to broken links. Wanted to ride in Florida but could not connect. Poor quality app.Mawalan

App is super easy to use and the scooters are so much fun, using them to get to class is awesome I can wake up late and still get there on time!columbusdude7

App not working
My app is not working. It updated and erased all my information, now every time I try to use it it says “Oops something went wrong retry” but it just keeps popping up all day. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded but it’s the same thing.clccclclcclcl
Do not recommend
saw people using the scooters and bikes so I wanted to try it out. All of the scooter said out of service and I walked for 30 minutes around the whole place to every scooter and same thing happened and it even charge my account for the ride even though I didn’t even get to even ride it. I didn’t like this app
Nothing was working had to make many different accounts, you can’t see where any scooters are on the maps. Just has a LOT of flaws... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!xxxx12364
