  • Brilliant on the phone service

    Got a quote via compare the van insurance needed to add legal protection so at to phone up a bit lengthy conversation but added the extra and got an even better quote thank you can compare spot on 👍

    Firanah was very helpful over the chat feature. Super quick response time and all felt with in less that 15 minutes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Insurance.

    This company appears to be impossible to contact direct and hold a conversation with. They consistently hide behind the my portal app. I cancelled two policies with them yet they still try to collect payments from my account. They kept me hanging for an hour recently moving me from one dept to another . Then they cut me off. If they spent time to call rather than send threatening messages they would be more acceptable, very poor.

  • Avoid

    Took out a policy with them, requested full payment which I couldn’t do and they told me I’d receive a full refund. They didn’t actually end my policy and managed to still go ahead with it when they said they couldn’t and still haven’t received a full refund over 18 days later!
    Tried to call the complaints department numerous times and no answer!! Surprise suprise!!

  • Jozene was helpful BUT

    I was on hold two days and no one picked up. The APP had me making a call to cancel the policy which is sooo 1970's but there we are. Two days no one picked up, no one rang me back, just music playing telling me the call was important to them. I then begged Jozene on the app chat feature to help and she did. Proving that the APP is quicker than the phone. In actaul fact watching grass grow is quicker than getting an answer on the phone!
