    Had a change of policy and spent a 4 days in worry as my policy wasn’t showing on the app and I wasn’t receiving my policy’s or any updates via email either. BUT!… the staff were really helpful and persevered and we came out the otherside skipping and holding hand 👏🏻 GO TEAM!
  • Unable to upload documents

    I really liked the old version of the app as I was able to control more of my policy even if it was a third party policy. However with the new update there is no longer an option to upload documents if your documents are sent by post then there is no way to show on the portal. Please can you update the app to allow users to add and remove documents like before rather than going to the website of the insurance company as it is a lot smoother and easier to access. If that can be sorted then it’s 5* from me.

  • Helpfull and respectfull

    I couldn’t find the contact number for my insurance and try to chat with McKayla and she/he really help me to get the right phone number and try to speak with them on the phone and they helped me with my problem.
  • Doesn’t recognise any insurer names

    It doesn’t work because it doesn’t recognise any insurer names. Our car and home buildings/contents is with LV/Liverpool Victoria but it doesn’t find them. I even tried Aviva and other insurers but again the app didn’t recognise them. It’s absolutely pointless as it gets stuck. Just a frustrating 30 minutes trying repeated ways of doing them. Not worth the effort.

I understand how frustrating it must have been not to find the insurers you were looking for, especially after spending time trying different ways to make it work. I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. The great news is that we’ve just released Version 2.0 of the app! 🚀 In this update, we've expanded the number of supported insurers, and guess what? LV and Aviva are now part of the family, along with several others. This should make adding your car and home buildings/contents insurance a breeze! We really appreciate the effort you put into trying our app and providing feedback. I would be absolutely delighted if you could give the new version a whirl and let us know if it meets your needs.   • Shocking service and support app is flawed

    Bought insurance a year ago. Nice and easy, hundreds of staff wanting my business. Went to change my policy, portal frozen. Customer support, or rather messages from Mongolia and promise of call back, 4 hours later and 2 offers of call back, nothing. Phoned claim line- got an answer, we can’t help. Phoned cancellations, got an answer, we can’t help. Now downloaded app. Sends a link, open the link, opens the portal and then! Wait for it, put in your email so we can send you a link. 8 x later I’m deleting the app!

  • Insurance cancellation

    I’ve tried many times to attempt access into ‘My portal’ there app, follow there instructions and still unable to get onto the app. They’ve taken the 1st payment out of my account and are threatening to cancel my insurance. There asking for updated information which I’ve tried to send over, phone numbers which you can’t get any understanding as it directs you back to ‘My Portal’ app, enter your email as requested and still unable to access anything. Frustrating is an understatement!

    Very disappointed to be honest and not sure where to go from here!

  • VPN ?????????

    I downloaded this app from a link sent by my insurance company, not only did my renewal documents not appear anywhere, but I also began having a issues with my phone, both calls and internet.
    When I got home my phone wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, so I rebooted both my modem and phone, still no joy.
    It was only when I went into my phone settings that I realised the “my portal” app was acting as a VPN, there was nothing to suggest this would be the case when downloading.
    I’ve now deleted the app, as soon as I did my phone resumed normal service, I would also urge other people to look into this carefully before submitting any sensitive information.

    Frankly I’m appalled !!!!!!!!!!!

    The VPN is a complimentary feature we offer to all our clients. In the future we recommend not turning the VPN on if you don’t want to the VPN to be enabled on your phone. We would never auto-enable this, nor do we have the ability to do so.   • This app does not work properly and it not finalised for release.

    I attempted to use this app to manage a policy for my works van but the app would not let me access my documents or pay my monthly instalments, this lead to my policy being cancelled due to the fact it would not let me pay my instalments which now means I find it hard to purchase insurance as I have had a policy cancelled in the past due to this app not working.
    Avoid at all costs.

    Very good user interface, great to see all I need with my insurance, wish more companies would do the same. Thank you.
