  • Bad experience

    Download this app but doesn’t allow you to place an order as a guest although it ask you if your a guest… and will not let you continue. Wasted time for me.
  • Not working

    Apple Pay doesn’t work so I can’t place an order. Password manager doesn’t work with the app. The web accepts Google sign in but the app doesn’t, and the service seemed to forget I already set a password.
  • Reset password link has been reported for phishing

    I tried to reset password and got report from google that it’s been reported for phishing before .

  • How did this get past QA?

    I'm kind of astonished by all the things that went wrong here. I didn't have a menusifu account, and although the login page says you can sign up for one, you actually can't. There's no option to create an account, so I created one through their website, verified my email, and then tried to sign into the app but got an error about an incorrect email or password for the account I just created (and I know they were typed correctly). I thought I'd try to reset my password with the "forgot password" link, but no email was ever sent. I finally gave up and just called the restaurant.

    Please test every bit of functionality before releasing your app to the public.

  • How do I create an account?

    The app only supports a login flow, not a signup flow. I even created an account on my web browser at menusifu.com but email verification fails with an error and I can’t login. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  • Worst app ever

    Tried to download it to order from my favorite restaurant and every time I was trying to pay the bill it kept denying my credit card. I used three different credit cards and it was giving me the same issue. Then when I went to reset my password, it wouldn’t send me a reset link. This is garbage. PS I promise I have money in my accounts.

  • Points pending from 6 months ago- how?

    My account has 0 points even though I earned in May and June 2023 and I see that those points are still pending- long after I've picked up, consumed and paid for my order. Points are only valid for 6 months and then they expire, but you took over 6 months and still haven't deposited my points. Points system feels like a scam. Other than that I only ever order from the same restaurant a couple times a year (5-7 times). Have not even had a chance to use my points to see what benefit it does for me.

    This App is very convenient. You need to scan the QR code from the restaurant and there are many discounts offered by the restaurant.

  • Bad service

    Delivery driver came , didn’t even come upstairs to the apartment. He wanted cash only . I sent my children, he had to give a change , but he than lied to them saying there there was not enough money , and took extra 5$ . It was my first time trying this delivery service and I’m not going to use it again
