  • You have to have a QR code to order?

    I could think of some worse designs, but I might need some time. The only way to order is to have a QR code from the restaurant. But at that point, I’m already at the restaurant, I’ll just order there. There’s no search or nearby function. You have to have a QR code from the restaurant. Idiotic at best. I don’t know who thought of this, but they really need a different job. There are a ton of ordering apps out there, I strongly recommend anybody considering look elsewhere.

  • The app is broken

    First off, the display is messed up on an iPad and it won’t let me add certain items to the cart.

    I switched over to an iPhone, but it wouldn’t let me pay with Apple Pay or two different credit cards I put in.

  • Mealkeyway scammed me.

    I placed a delivery order, then the restaurant called to say they didn’t have the items I ordered and should they cancel the order? I said yes, of course, cancel it. Then Mealkeyway charged me for the order anyway. There’s no place in the app to report problems like that, like there is with every other app. Mealkeyway took one hundred and five dollars from me and i got no food.

  • Feels like it was QA’d by an infant

    Trash. I literally can’t even log in. Enter your credentials and hit enter and it throws a “check the user agreement box”. The problem? THERE IS NO BOX. Have tried to use the app twice to order and end up calling bc the app flat out does not work.

  • Scan QR Code

    So stupid that the only way to add a restaurant is to scan a QR code, which is ONLY at the restaurant. So I have to physically go there first. You should put the QR Code on the online ordering page of the restaurant.

  • Can’t Track Order

    They only text when your order processed and don’t let you know that the order for delivery has left or if the restaurant even received/acknowledges it (the way that other ordering apps do). Would love if they gave text updates for everything.

  • Horrible app

    I'm trying to use this app to order from the local Chinese restaurant but there is no way to search for the restaurants they serve unless you have a QR code. Since this is the only service they accept we ended up ordering from another restaurant that used ChowNow. Fast forward a couple of weeks and got a menu in the mail from said restaurant and tried to scan the code and nothing. Huge waste of time. This app really needs to have a restaurant search, not too sure how they will compete with apps that actually work.

  • Where are my points

    I order from a Japanese restaurant called dings alll the time and never seen any points being applied I literally spent two hundred dollars on dinner for my whole family and no points not order history what’s going on ???

    It’s convenient! It shows the photos of the restaurant and dishes. We can also check our order history and use it with Apple Pay.
