Non-functional App
Aventon made well-rounded bikes however, their app is unfathomable. Can’t even sign-up or use an existing customer account because the app wants to continue to load - it finishes loading up and nothing happens. How are we supposed to configure our bike settings, pair the app with the bike, or make use of the app if we cannot simply signup/in? If y’all can make an update to fix your community ranking leaderboard, then y’all got time to fix the log-in. Y’all just ain’t putting in the effort.TrashingTrasher
Doesn’t work
Can’t create an account i tried to login with the same information anyways it didn’t do anything it just shows a loading circle and stops after about a minute and does nothing don’t know what to doDr.XxxSpooky
Meh
There should be a setting for it to pick up your ride without having to open the app first. Also, even when doing so, sometimes it does not record your ride. Today the app just stopped working. Tried deletion it and reinstalling, no go.TarikS
Great bike but HORRENDOUS and unusable app
Took dozens and dozens of signup attempts for it to actually accept and then seemed good. Didn’t log my first ride which then sent the app back into a forever locked state. Now I’m logged out and can’t get back in. If you’re looking for app and data functionality from an e-bike this is not it.TronWeasley

I’ve tried reinstalling the app, resetting my password, and cannot login no matter what I do.billhig2
Can’t sign up
I brought a aventon level 2 and can’t sign up to the app I paid $1900 for the bike and I love it already I just want the developers to fix the issue with new owners signing up please I love the bike let me sign up pleaseRichporter215phi
Slow and unusable
Not sure what’s going on, but tried to pair to my bike today for the first time and the app just sits on the pairing page not loading anything I can select. Thought it might be WiFi, tried other apps, everything else works. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now it won’t let me log in because it keeps spinning.niftux

Decent app that could use more features
The app seems to work well enough for the information it collects. It would be nice to be able to export the recorded rides out to a GPX or offering some integration with Strava. Also, some integration with then Health app to record the rides as a workout. Lastly, as others have mentioned, I’m not sure how it’s calculating calories burned without getting some info from the rider.alpha2345
