Update removed task list
About a month ago, the application was functioning perfectly. However, since then, it has stopped displaying the task list. As a result, I can’t complete my tasks on my mobile device, which is quite frustrating.
Bug fixes needed
I do like the simple user interface of Wix products but this app is horrible. In theory it's great, but it doesn't function very well. The entire analytics page is just completely frozen. I can't tap on anything. The integrated AI helper is completely useless. It's faster for me to search what I need from my laptop. Great product just get the app running correctly.

I am a beginner and have never done this before! felt so at ease creating my own website with the wix editor! If I can do it so can you!

It has taken me five different times of having to log out of the app and back in in order to delete contacts that I no longer need. Also, typing a text and the letters keep mashing up and my texting going into the middle of other words. When I talk to text, the entire message disappears when I press the microphone key again. You have to send it while the microphone key is still active otherwise the entire messages gone.

Can’t edit
I can’t edit my website or mobile sit on this app. It has only a few limited features. Also Wix desktop is not available on the iPad, tablets.
I don’t always have my desktop handy, so this is a real drawback of this app and Wix site overall.

Issue with app
I have an issue with the app but am going round in circles on your website looking for assistance. When I open a contact and attempt to go to the info section on the customer, the app page doesn’t show anything, it’s just a white screen. I have the latest version of the app. I have tried using 2 different iPhones. Even deleted the app and reinstalled. There must be a better way of requesting help than having to leave a review.

Poor account functionality
Wix, as a site builder, is impressive but, despite their incumbency, they still operate a bit like a small, disruptive pirate brand.
On their app, for example, there is no (or obscure) account management functionality. Basically and no, or limited, customer service functionality. This means that if, for example, you’ve fallen into their auto-renewal trap (despite the fact this was set to an old debit card), you will have to expend hours of time and energy chasing for a refund.
It’s the kind of underhand, money-hungry company approach that really makes a 5-year customer want to jump ship to SquareSpace. Absolutely impossible to speak to a human, absolutely impossible to handle this on-app. They’ve set up walls to make the experience as difficult and miserable as possible.
Then you have the ‘content’ approach to customer service. Pages upon pages of articles that are intended to inform and dissuade you from taking action that might hurt company interests. We’re not stupid. This kind of approach hurts your bottom line in the long-term. Work with your customers, not against them.

Please Stop Messing Up This App
Just curious but why do you guys key changing features that were fine before? If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! For example when I’m in the messaging part of the app when I use to hit the phone icon it would just call the customer back now it says to save as contact?? If I wanted you save it as a contact then I would hit the 3 icons right beside it! Now you’ve made it even more inconvenient to have to go back to the Home Screen and then click on calls and then missed calls then call again. I mean cmon guys really?? I use this app exclusively for my business and calling customers is a must if I miss the call I should be able to just hit the call button like I could before and call them back. Please for love of god change this back! Also your app is very glitchy at times and sometimes won’t even open. This is very frustrating when trying to run my junk removal business and I can’t even get into the app to see where my customers lives. I think you guys should try to make this app easier to use for people like myself who pay you a lot of money every month to run my business. Why does it take like 3 days to get my money from you guys also? Everyone else has instant pay outs and charges a small fee for that. Let’s get with the now guys because the competition is way ahead of these outdated apps you guys use. Rant over.
