Big disappointment
I just inadvertently purchased this app and I’m so sorry that I did. There are no instructions on how to connect and I keep getting the same message as another user said and that is to constantly bring asked to sign in. There is absolutely no support. What a ripoff. I will be contacting Apple.Spirit lavender

Doesn’t work
So I paid the $20 for this app because I (my children actually) LOST our original remote. Let me say that again. I LOST my original remote. But when one tries to connect the app to the TV a pop up comes up on the TV asking the user to accept the new “device” connected to the tv. Which you can’t do if you have no remote!! Kinda defeats the purpose. No?! Not happy. :(Show lessTerraDigs
Connection Issues
App would be great if it didn’t lose connection all the time. Sometimes it isn’t able to find my tv.RihLove😘
It’s pretty trash
Doesn’t work. Literally connected my tv and did nothing but try to get me to pay every time I tried to turn the volume down or use the app in any way. Waste of space.MeeKeeMee
Total scam
I paid the price to have this and have all the features and it’s a complete crock and nobody will answer my emails. The TV constantly asks for permission because the remote is constantly disconnecting and you have to use an actual remote to give it permission so unless you have a remote somewhere in your home buying the remote does not work. Doesn’t Work Unless TV Is On
When I purchased this app and the times I have tried to use it, it won’t work because the TV is “idle.” That’s the whole reason I wanted the app…for if I can’t find the remote or it’s not charged. This app is 100% useless.CABBER61
Doesn't work but wants money
App has asked me to pay and give a good rated several times, before even trying to connect to a tv, but, while it found my Samsung TV quickly, nothing on the remote works.Hebalist
Too busy trying to sell me
Kind of hard to evaluate something that takes you through four screens of sales material every time you try to use it during the evaluation phase. Not enough good about it to make me overlook this VERY undesirable front end.Cgun
