First I want to say my 1st question was submitted at night on the weekend. The wait time seemed to be around 5-15 minutes. I wasn’t clock watching, but I did have time to work on a few other questions while we waited. I purchase 9.99 for 3 coins which it’s pretty expensive in first place. 2nd when you asked for step by step for a very detailed work; some workers only send you Photomath work which I didn’t ask for. Not explain by details they trying to find easy way to get your money. I could use photomath at my own time but I asked for professional to help and yet they aren’t professional since they needed photmath to help themselves. Also the support team is very rude too since they quoted “ I don’t understand, what is the reason for your conversion? You pay for answers to your questions, and how the expert will do it is his personal business) The most important thing is that the answers are correct!” I didn’t ask for the answer in the first place I asked for step by step detailed work. I don’t care about the answer I care about how you solve this equation by steps. If I pay $9.99 I don’t expect you to go in photmath and just send me answer. I expect you to help me understand how to solve this equation step by step. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. They just trying to scam your money! DO NOT GET THIS APP.Show lessLeothaided

Math Master provides an answer to your unique algebra homework question within a reasonable amount of time (it took 2 minutes), but it is my opinion that it didn’t explain very well the process of solving the equation. It says what you need to do and gives an answer, but it doesn’t show the nitty gritty details of how the equation was simplified.Show lessLadyInk9799
If you need help with statistics this ain’t for you
If you are doing statistics this doesn’t work for you . I have been getting wrong answers and long wait times even though I pay for priority! This is disgraceful and highly upsetting ! They call themselves experts but giving the wrong answers then telling you they calculated it right and it’s not . I wish this was a better program ! Because it does have potential to be better !! I downloaded it so I could do pre-algebra, things seemed promising at first but then when I sent a picture of the math problem the step by step part i wanted to see was just advertisement for a free trial, I couldn’t see the step by step, also why would you advertise something to a person who answered the how old are you question as under 18. Takes forever
This helps a lot during my school year but they take forever, it takes 20 minutes to connect to a expert and then another 20 to solve the problem. Do not pay for the “solution priority” garbage.Santana G.
Needed help
Sometimes parents and children speak different languages. My expert was able to explain the problem in a way that cleared it up quickly for my soon. I had tried visual aids and everything. Something just clicked and now my son gets it.gwashington
Used to be great.
Used to be really good. Now it always glitches or they send the wrong answer and when you tell them they say we have reviewed it and the answer is correct. Then you have to pay again for someone else to do it correctly. It used to be great…hasn’t been right. Seems they just take the money and move on without even trying sometimes.Show lessnukeynuke

Very awful app
App is always asking for money + the answers most of the time incorrectly + it counts every point as a coin not the whole question Luke Chegg or other apps
