Horrible costumer service and overpriced.
This app costs $7 A WEEK - for only 3 solutions a day. That alone is overpriced, then mix in the fact that they frequently get answers wrong and will not reimburse you for it. So sometimes you quite literally pay $7 a week for nothing.
I have it 2 stars because it is real people behind the app, so sometimes you can get answers to problems you otherwise can’t get on automated math service apps - if they get it right that is.Show lessnedlawirok

The actual app is a great idea and when operational is a great app. However most of the time it’s almost impossible to get an expert I paid for premium and would wait hours for a reply.
This has happened more than three times in a week, I find it very dishonest to say buy premium and you will be answered within minutes and it never happens.

I feel like this would be a great app and very useful, it’s just you can’t do anything without in-app purchasing. There is a free trial, but I probably will just be using a calculator or Google. You should get it if you really need it and are willing to purchase subscriptions!5 things I would not want.
Don’t get premium
When I got the app it said that if I got premium I would get the answer and because I had important math work to do i got desperate so I bought it thinking that it would help me (it was 5,99 per week) but when you take a photo of the question your stuck on it says that I had to pay even more money to get the answer! I quickly cancelled it. Please don’t waste your money like I did and go to other apps.Show lessi_.love_myself

I am just trying to find help from experts on this and they you have to pay to get help? this is an app and it’s free, if you want people to pay you make the app cost money and the rest can be free. I don’t understand why most apps do this..
I just want to get professional experts to help me step by step in my math problems and word problems but it can’t even read it.

Ages to find an answer
I am still waiting for a problem to be solved and it’s been been 16 minutes when I set it for the problem to be solved within 1-2 minutes, this app also keeps advertising premium every minute which gets annoying after a whileyuyusayingmyname
