Took my money
I wanted to try this out before I purchased it just to make sure that it really worked and explained how to work the problem. I only got to do two problems because it took a little longer than expected. Anyways the next morning I checked my account and they had withdrawn the money. So there is no three day trial apparently not even a 24 hour trial. I contacted them to ask for my money back, but now it won’t let me see the response and every time I try to send another message it fails. So apparently I just threw that money away. I just want help with maths. my family can barely afford the necessities and this app expects me to pay £5.99 PER DAY. it seems to think that by saying (only £0.86 a day!) makes it better but that’s nearly £1 every day and that adds up. once again, an example of rich people getting advantages while poor people have to do it all for them selves.Show lessMolly💫🪐🤪☄️❤️

I haven’t even had this app for 1 month and they have already charged me TWICE! The ‘experts’ can’t even solve the questions I give them…They took $24 out of my account😐this app is actually so useless. DO BETTER MOFOGordy himohry
Don’t be fooled this app is a joke run
They give wrong answers and when you tell them they are late trying to answer a timed question they continue to try and solve anyways. Don’t waste your money it’s a scam these are not expertsnope neber again
Why should I pay
I know this app is very helpful but it didn’t say that I should pay I could’ve used a calculator I am very sorry but I will installlllllljkh

I downloaded this to test the app. I submitted a common core beginning of 4th grade decimal question. Asking for all decimals larger than 5.58 and less than 5.88 where the tenths is odd and the hundredths is even to be listed. After waiting 45 mins for an “expert” to connect, I was given a response from “Avery” telling me after review it was determined this type of question requires specialized education and would require their expert team 24 hours to solve the problem and provide me with the solution. This was “expert” advice that my 9 year old was able to provide a solution to in minutes. This was also with the paid service and not the free service. I would strongly suggest people seeking actual math assistance to find it outside of this app. Poor accessibility and lack of knowledgeable “experts” offering assistance. This isn’t differential equations we are talking about, it is grade level math, which should be the foundation of all advance maths. Very unfortunate.Show lessperiod!

Overall it’s a good app, but recently I’ve waited over 24 Hours for the app to work and get help I think part of it is because they don’t give an option to close out the problem yourself so than your stuck and that happened to me during needing help on a timed assignmentgyybycxynu
No expert
I been using this app since February 22. The app is very helpful to math up until yesterday, I been waiting since 3pm eastern time to get assistance with a problem. I am priority customer and I keeps getting waiting on expert. It’s been doing this all this am and Last night!! Now I sent a message to the customer support yesterday and today and no one has responded to me. Is there a issue with the appShow lessToiquina
Happy when it works
I have always had good response time during morning and daytime hours. At night(PST) it is hit and miss. At times I get the response that there isn’t anybody there to solve my problem and I had to wait several hours. My biggest issue is I paid for the premium service which provides 10 solutions a day. I have a constant problem of running out of solutions and I have had to purchase solutions to continue my work. I contacted support and they fixed the problem within a couple of days and I received my 10 solutions. However, after I used those solutions the account did not provide me anymore solutions so I had to purchase more. I contacted support again was told I needed to purchase the premium service for the daily solutions. I replied back I was a premium customer and I received my 10 solutions. That was the last time I received any daily solutions. I have since sent three messages to support with no response. I like the app when it works because they will show the work on how they reached answer.Show lessMikg G
