Move One Million (M1M) is a nonprofit organization and 100% free service to bring movement and togetherness to humanity. At the top of every hour daily, Move One Million will broadcast across the globe the official 2.5 minute M1M Routine with Chris Powell and his daily guests, followed by a brief mindfulness exercise. The entire broadcast is less than 5 minutes, and will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and positive! THE MISSION The mission of Move One Million is to standardize movement and mindfulness in our culture, giving every human the access to move daily, reduce stress, and feel connected with others for improved physical, mental, and social health. The movements are meticulously choreographed with the music to tell the story of the Hero’s Journey. Performing the M1M Movements: * Takes the human body through its full range of motions * Stretches and activates every major muscle group in the body * Increases blood flow and oxygen to the brain, organs and muscles * Reduces stress, loneliness, depression and anxiety * Creates a feeling of connection and accomplishment when completed together Both standing and seated versions are available so that everyone can participate.
