Worst app ever

This is the 7th time the app has crashed and I have had to delete it and reload it. Very inconvenient for a mental health client to wait while i fix the platform again. Too bad these Uber rich folk cant fix this and make it right.

They don’t care

I’ve been with Talkspace for over 7 years, and they just don’t care about when the providers have issues with the app. Thats pretty obvious, considering how many complaints there are about having to delete and re-download the app every couple of weeks just to see our rooms. And yet nothing has been done about it! These complaints have been going on for months, yet no resolution. This is exactly why I’m phasing out and going to another platform!

Should rename to crap app

I don’t know who rated this app with 5 stars but they must be in Talkspace’s pocket. I’ve had to delete and re-download this app at least 10 times in the last 3 months. I miss messages from my clients because I don’t get notified, and then they request different a provider. The video portion is crap and cuts out frequently (I realize this is likely due to the service of my client but doesn’t make it any less frustrating). Do better, Talkspace.

Needs Work

I’m a TS provider since 2019.

This app crashes much more often then previous iterations. I have to delete and download on a regular basis.

Terrible app

This is my direct link to my clients and it’s the worst. It’s no longer notifying me when my clients message even though I’ve uninstalled/installed it three times now. Sometimes it shows I have zero clients and I have to wait until I’m home to log in from my laptop which delays the client response time. I reached out to our provider help desk two weeks ago about this and I have yet to get a response. For as much money as they keep from client monthly fees take this should not be an issue.

Mixed review

Been using this app for almost 2yrs now. It’s going downhill every time I TRY to sign on. I can’t load my rooms or see clients anymore. This has done on for way too long now. Completely unacceptable for an app based platform that mental health relies on.

App needs major improvement

As a provider, this app is vitally important to working with my clients. More often than not the app has problems with loading my rooms, updating chats in real time, and allowing me to function effectively. This app needs some major improvement. Within the last week alone, I have had to completely delete the app and reinstall in order for my rooms to appear. The app is just about as bad as Talkspace support!!

Horrible

I keep needing to delete and re-download the app because my clients’ information would not load.

Needs a lot of work to be consistent

I’ve only been with Talkspace for a couple of months and already heavily need to use the apps for the mobile devices. It has been days since I have been able to load my rooms and haven’t been able to use it. Also noticing on the iPad version that it is not sending me my two step verification codes to my text like it was I don’t know what’s going on but it’s making my job very inconvenient

Not reliable

This app is not reliable often doesn’t load any of the rooms if it even loads at all.I have given up and just use the desktop version.
