This app is junk, cannot get the bulb to connect and fully setup. I have a few smart lights from other vendors, and they all work fine, this one feels like the public is being used as a beta test pilot, they should be ashamed they’ve released this garbage.Steve Mader
It’s good but…
I have 11 switches in the house. Most work fine but they always go ‘offline’ in HomeKit and then I need to reinstall them on the app again and again. I can never upgrade the firmware on the app because it also times out! There must be a better way to update the firmware without the app telling me it’s timed out and ‘I know!’ button appearing?Show lessthepumpboy

Hello. If the device is offline in home, you can try to restart the device. You also need to pay attention to the distance between the device and the router. Also, your device failed in ota, I can only suggest you try again.Just doesn't work
Doesn't working with setting up any Homekit devices. Customer service is also useless, been trying to get it sorted with then for weeks with no help, they just repeatedly send you to the installation paperwork which doesn't help fix the issues. Avoid and buy another brand of Hardwear so you don't have to deal with this app.Show lessVH10TJH

Yeah don’t buy the led strips, it does not work with Alexa can’t even enable the skill and you can’t even sign out of the app not worth the money at all!hshuufhdhhx

App requires your precise location in order to tell the switch the wifi SSID and password you already entered. There’s no reason for this unless they’re collecting data to be able to access your network.Walkinghispath

Bought some smart switches which are controlled by this app, to then link to my Alexa. Problem is that all 2 gang switches appear as 1 switch in Alexa. Other switches from other brands appear as individual switches with no problem. Please fix this so Alexa recognize individual switches.Online?not!yes?nope.

To use this app for Bluetooth purposes you are REQUIRED to provide your wifi information and EXACT geolocation. It also requests microphone access, access to your photo and media library. Everything defaults to full access of information. Their link to their “privacy policy” is just a link to their homepage that has no privacy policy.
