I’ve spent hours trying to connect the LED lights to the app and it will only say “device not responding” or “cannot find router” my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are working fine so I don’t know why they won’t connectGood app 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Hi. You need to follow the instructions and the FAQ to troubleshoot the problem.Works stand alone will not link to Alexa
Get an unsupported error when I try to link switch to Alexa. Therefore not as needed or described.
It will operate with this app and link to SmartThings app, which in turn links to Alexa. So work around if you sync to one app then the other.
Complicated work around.. hence 2 star.Coiled String

Hi. We tested the functionality of alexa and it worked. We will continue to focus on alexa's features.Light works in App, Siri but not Apple Home
The lights turn on in the app and when you assign a Siri shortcut but they do not work in Apple HomeKit unless all devices are connected under 2.4 MHz. Once you reboot router but you change the phone to a normal Wi-Fi like 5.0 MHz or 2.4/5Mhz you lose connectivity. All my other devices, Lifx, Nanoleaf, Eve, Level, VOCOLinc, Wemo, iDevices, My Leviton work! Step it up CozyLife. 🤔Show lessFrkua

Hello. You need to turn on and off three times, then turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone and use the cozylife app to scan.Easy to set up
I seen other reviews where people couldn’t get their smart plug set up. I got it set up within 2 mins after making an account. I made the account, selected which device I had, plugged it in while it was scanning and it found the plug instantly, I set up the WiFi info, and it connected instantly, connected it with my Alexa and voila the light comes on and off when I tell Alexa to turn it on/off.Show lesstasha22286

Doesn’t work
Spent over an hour messing with app permissions and network setting and couldn’t get the light to connect to the app. It always gets stuck at “configuring the device.” The device will clearly connect to the network because it stops flashing, but the app refuses to find it at that point. Im a network engineer and I couldn’t get this device working. I believe it’s an issue with the app and it’s capability to find devices on the network. Happy to change my rating for a functional product.Show lessJaquesie

I received this plug through PinchMe and absolutely love it. It’s setup in my bedroom with a lamp. It makes it so much nicer to get up in the middle of the night and be able to turn a lamp on by just saying a phrase.MarshaK15

Just got a smart bulb which is controlled on CozyLife app.
This works fine on the phone.
Tried to link to Alexa but not in list of apps and Although in wifi network alexa cannot find it49JR
