SCAM!?
I was lured in by an ad on Snapchat that was saying I could win such cool prizes and that I could “build a box” . Thinking I was simply subscribing to a box, I signed up and was rerouted to a silly game app. The game app doesn’t work and when I try to play the trivia, it just prompts me to open up prizes that I can never add to my box. It doesn’t explain the purpose of the game, so I’m confused and very upset! Where did my money go? Did I pay to have this app that’s a huge disappointment? Will I ever get a “big” prize. Downloaded this app for free.. thought it was fun. Until without my permission stole £99 from my bank.. I didn’t even give out my bank details but they managed to use my applet wallet. I now have to wait 12 days to dispute the case.. I’ve tried contacted the surprise team so they can have a chance to give it back, but they never respond!! Absolute Scam!! How they can do this people. Especially single mothers like myself who have the bare minimum. Reported to Apple also!!Show lessT57399

This year for Valentine's day, I was surprised with a lot of gifts and rewards that resulted in me playing games on my mystery box throughout the day. This app is a ripoff and they keep charging you for it even after you ask for them to stop! I don’t even use this app and they are still charging me! And the bad part is, it’s not trackable through Apple so they can’t help and it doesn’t go through apple receipts, just draws straight from your card! Do not even download this app. They will charge you after a day for the full price. And even after saying they have cancelled my account they continue to charge me. This app does not work most of the time. I charged on my debit card when it did not mention anything about being charged. It was free and then turned around and charged me. I deleted the app and still was charged for it last month. I contacted customer support to cancel and we will see if it is indeed canceled. I’m worried it is not cancelled and I will still be charged after reading this reviews. I asked for a refund but have not heard anything back and I’m sure I won’t get one. SCAM!!! Do not use!!! FRAUD ALERT!
This app states free use! Without even having created an account it’s charged my bank £100! I’ve had to cancel my bank card and wait for a new one to be delivered. I did not authorise any payment to this app/company so for so much to be taken from my account is ridiculous! Stay well clear! Even worse this app was advertised on Facebook!
