No Battery information!!
The previous version got battery information. But this latest version the developer removed battery information which makes this Apps useless!! Please would you put the battery information back... users cannot check the battery levels on B230 , B300 batteriessalsa bunny :)

Bluetti’s big disappointment
If you are looking for a power station with a great app then BLUETTI is not the power station for you. Such a let down to an otherwise awesome product.Deacs003

Missing time zones and won’t restore output power
Some countries have more than one time zone. USA has 4. There was only one setting for USA, and it wasn’t mine. So all my graphs in the app were off. But after writing this review, Bluetti fixed it in less than 2 weeks!!! So I’m updating my review now. My system is working very well. I have AC300 + four B300. I used a Reliance ProTran 2 transfer switch next to my home’s circuit breaker distribution box to wire 10 circuits in my house. I can independently switch any combo of the 10 to be either Grid or AC300 UPS. I am now in process of putting solar on my roof. So far, I’m only at 600W. But I will go to the 2.4kW that the AC300 can handle. It won’t power my entire house, and I’m not going to deal with the 220V circuits, but this should reduce my bill significantly and get me through power outages automatically. Where I live in California, we have rolling blackouts, safety (wind) blackouts, and many damage (tree on lines) blackouts. So having a UPS system is very nice.Show lessswagon

Account creation doesn’t work. Just says “incorrect Captcha” - what captcha?!? Their isn’t one! Doesn’t seem to use the same credentials as their website.
Also indicates there is a couple firmware updates - higher version number and all - but doesn’t actually let you do anything about it. Assuming it requires an account to be functional.

No notifications and missing my timezone
It seems like simple features like changing timezone would work but there is nothing for a -8UTC west coast person. There should also be notifications and configurable alarms for power failures don’t you think!?BarrettFamily1970
App at cottage
I have 2 BLUETTI power stations at the cottage… Apps helpful for stick handling products and preparing for power outages. Sometimes app does not recognize country (my AC2A only gives options for Japan, Germany, etc when I am in Canada).jeff_newriver
