Have to login now
Up until an update that was released today, it was not necessary to login at all in order to connect to my power bank. Unfortunately, BLUETTI foolishly now forced you to sign up and login before you can control your device. There is no reason I should have to login to a server in order to connect to the Bluetooth on my power bank and adjust its settings. This was one of the reasons I went with BLUETTI in the first place. Definitely a step in the wrong direction!Show lesskloogee
Bad update
New update requires Internet connection to control your device over Bluetooth. Makes no sense. Wish I could downgrade to the last version that allowed me to control my device over Bluetooth without an Internet connectionCheeemo
Why 4 clicks to connect?
Why are there 4 clicks to connect? It could be just 2 if there are multiple devices to choose from or simply one if there is only one device. Please use the app a bit more and you’ll realize the inefficiency.

Missing a very important feature
We absolutely need a confirmation pop up when turning AC or DC power on or off.

Font too small
Cool new design but letter font to small. It was so easy to see Solar watts going in and a/c watts being used. Just increase those key numbers pleaseannoying but it works
Ruined with new update
The app wasn’t great but at least I could check my power levels on my phone.
With the update, I can’t even do that without making an account with BLUETTI.

Why can’t I just view my device, who thought this an upgrade when I need an account now to view my device. Rubbish don’t upgrade.Big_Tony45

I purchased the AC 300 and B300 with 4 250W portable solar panels. Ill buy another B300 once the price comes down.
Its been a great system so far and the app is fantastic.
Id love to see an addition to the app where it would allow a user to turn on the AC300 remotely, otherwise… no complaints, just praises.Show lessGronk0

Read the user manual, charged the power station and played with the control after which loaded Bluetti app. This app is basic, but it worked readily…surprised because of all the negative reviews.rooootman
Unable to tell if there is a firmware update or not?
I just got my Bluetti and I’m guessing if I have the most current firmware or not? It only says “current version” for ARM or DSP and the version number. It does not clearly indicate if you have the most current version installed. Since nothing appeared which would indicate a possible firmware version was available… I’m going to assume I have the latest version.Show lessSgt McFunky
