Account mandatory with this version
I uninstalled due to account creation.
I don’t understand why so much control over digital toggle switches and why knowing full customers information.
This was optional in the previous version.
This App was great before, just click the app select your device & done ✅Hk.40
Now it doesn’t even work
I used to be able to connect to my AC300 through Bluetooth without logging in or creating an account and control the BLUETTI. Now, it makes me create an account, won’t connect through the Bluetooth, makes you connect to the internet to control the device and will seemingly connect only to 2.4. Who knows because when I connect it to the internet, it says No Service. This is a mess. Put it back the way that it was.Show lessYoDuh
This version of the app does not work
Before this was upgraded, everything was working perfectly well now it will not accept my password or let me reset itjdesmond01
Feature Regression for off grid use!
Prior versions allowed visibility and device management without cell service. Now the app won’t connect without cell service. A huge regression for those that strive to get away from civilization. Please fix this!alskdj203
Updated and now total crap
Why change something that worked fine? Now you have to have an online account just to connect to it to turn it on! Bluetooth no longer connects! Completely pointless update and now trashed app… Do not upgrade!theR3aper
Absolutely Unacceptable
With this upgrade I can no longer connect to my Bluetti AC200 MAX via bluetooth unless I submit all my personal details in the app and create an account.
I don’t want to share my personal information in on-line apps so, with this upgrade, I’ve lost the ability to connect to my power station remotely.
It is totally unacceptable for functionality to be removed from a product after purchase, especially for high value items such as this.
I am very disappointed and would score minus 5 if that were possible.Show lessA LH

Why does the app now require an account?
Why on earth did you change the app to require an online account?!? One of the reasons I chose Bluetti, is the app did not require an account and could be used 100% offline! I don’t want this cloud nonsense! Off-grid power should have NO requirement to communicate over the internet!!!!!Old Man Apps
