You broke it
Latest update 1.3.1 now won’t allow me to connect via Bluetooth all I get is the message “no cloud service connect by Bluetooth”
Please stop messing with the app you have just made what was bad, un usableAnubis_sg1

V1.3.1 supports the connection between the cloud and Bluetooth. It also supports the direct connection to the device without logging in to the BLUETTI ID.Bluetti listened. And now it’s back to being awesome
The last update removed the ability to connect without an account and or internet. This was awful especially given a lot of people have these offgrid and sometimes without any internet. It’s now fixed and you have the choice to create an account or just connect. So great they listened to customers and updated the app this way.Show lessforsttimerjoe
Useful for remotely controlling with no login required
Really like the latest update that streamlines the Bluetooth connection setup and more importantly auto-reconnects after going out of range for a short while! I haven’t bothered with the online login option since the Bluetooth connection is so convenient.
The latest update cleans up the UI somewhat and thankfully adds dark mode, much to the relief of my eyes. Not sure if I like the new input/output graphic as the old one had more separation, using more of the screen, and was easier to read as a result.
The only other things I would say is that the Silent charging mode icon isn’t intuitive and actually looks more like it has something to do with the Eco mode as it looks like a green leaf. Lastly, the one thing I think is missing is replicating the time remaining to charge/discharge that the on-device display shows at least on my EB3A.Show lesscpinkney

App Now Requires User Account
The recent update now requires a User Account login and connection to their Services
One of the advantages of the prior version is that no account login was required.
Also their IP services are blocked by firewalls that limit outside. So using the device with the app will be restricted if you have geofencing in place.Show lessGABATHEHUT
Bait and switch
The app now forces an account to check our own systems - that’s absurd. This is not legal in all states. Please change to allow opting out, and using without an internet connection. The app is useless as it is , and is a violation of user trust.grkit

Update disaster
Never had a problem with it until now the Bluetooth on the device does not admit any signal had no problems with the previous version now that you did an update it as of today please fix?Mint guru

Needs an internet connection to connect via Bluetooth? App used for a few hours via Bluetooth and somehow used 1.5Mb of mobile data? Something is seriously wrong here…pigfyddgdghg
