  • Ac300

Warning! Save your money and return until better user support! I use my Ac300 as my electric for my van home. I have the car charger/ solar and all BLUETTI connections chords for warranty sake over the last six months. The app is no longer showing it charging. The battery is showing a charge cycle but the app does not update my battery level nor show it in the app. I have reinstalled the app twice now. I have no alarms and according to BLUETTI user manual it should work like a generator. When I first got the system the app was low quality but everything was showing up and it showed a charging battery now six months in and several app updates and I’m losing power faster and the app is not accurate to the equipment. I’m hoping this gets corrected for the money that is being asked. Not happy but hopeful.

  • Wormy

I have had a AC200 Max for about 2 months. It does work just fine I have no connection issues. App is responding rapidly. I really have no concern with the update.
I would like to see more information on the app. I have downloaded a couple other apps they weren’t ideal. I d like to see the other info that’s on the unit.
Bluetti treated me well fast replies to my newbie questions.

  • App Review

It’s okay. I prefer the previous version more. The interface was more appeal and interactive. One big drawback with this app is that it’s now backwards compatible with the other “non-bluetooth” models like the AC200P which I also own. If they could do a software patch or something to the the older units where you could, at least, connect them online that would be awesome. Thereby, allowing control as well within the app.

  • Won’t connect to internet

The. Older version seemed to at least connect. This one asks for ssid but then cannot seem to see it. Bluetooth seems to connect. Have not tried to actually operate the device remotely. I doubt it will work
  • Some features in app don’t work

The ui is glitchy and it doesn’t tell me anything on my BLUETTI product
  • Moving in the right direction?

I like that I can do some things in the app and some things on the device, but we should really be able to most everything on either one. For example turning on the “Power Lifting” from the app is great but we can’t do that from the device. We can tell how long before the battery will run down on the device screen, but that valuable information isn’t viewable from within the app? 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Other than seeing watts used by AC/DC etc. if the app UI would simply replicate the device display that would seem to be the perfect layout. 🤷‍♂️

  • Bluetti addressed all of the issues I had with the app

Bluetti fixed both the log in probs and the shutting down audio issues faced in previous version. updating review accordingly.
  • Kind a useless

No clear visual of my setup. Visual clear functions used to be better in the previous version. You knew what is what. At least now you can see the full 3 or four digit Wattage that comes in or out. But still no information on kWh produced a day or any history of that. I would like to find that in the Bluetti brand units and the App.
Right now it’s just mostly useless.

  • Terrible interface, functions okay though

Whoever is in charge of designing the App interface should Fired. They keep making the most relevant information smaller and smaller while making the irrelevant graphics larger and larger. Is a twelve year old gamer designing this thing? The background functioning and Wi-Fi connects have gotten better but the user interface has gone from bad to worst.

  • Upgrade is missing firmware page

I appreciate the update restoring the ability to connect to Bluetooth without account creation, however there does not appear to be a page showing firmware versions or available updates.
