Very good app
Apps works very well with my AC200Max. I like the Bluetooth connectivity with my unit to see status of charge, how much sun’s coming in, how much current is coming out. Never had issue with app. Frequent update tells me BLUETTI fix their issues.Canadian French

The app is kinda tough to navigate through. After downloading the app it immediately said to download better versions of the app , which is strange. My ac70 seems to work alright , but I won’t use the app. Took a few minutes to find how to adjust to silent mode.RonnySlamz
Works decently well, but PLEASE add error clearing to the APP
Badly need error clearing feature. It makes using a Split Phase System Completely Unreliable.
If the units go to sleep at night (with ac output off) My units sometimes wake up at different times in the morning and i get a MCMU Error every morning (If i dont leave the ac on from night before) because the units are configured for split phase function and if the other unit isn't detected, i have to go into my garage and reset the errors on both units. Its insane and happens almost every other day. I cant reset from my phone and it is annoying to not be able to activate my power from the app because the errors stop me.
Also if there can be a feature added to schedule AC output turning on and off that would be perfect too!Show lessDJ Johnny 110
Needs time to recharge in app ASAP
This request should already be a feature. The Bluetooth is spotty to connect to and should always be on even if power station is off so if you needed to you could turn unit on from Bluetooth. That's not the case though. I use a Bluetooth smart switch to trigger it turning on and off. Also I can't view my DC output for metrics it would be nice to have that like we do with PV and AC. The time to recharge would be very helpful please add ASAP! Thanks.Show lessOOH YAH!!
Decent & competent at was it does but limited.
The app provides good, not great, but good performance and reasonable Bluetooth connectivity distance. It displays many of the EB3A’s status features.
One piece of information I’d like to see displayed as it does on the actual unit, is the estimated time remaining feature.
Understanding the information is a measurement at that moment and it recalculates on the fly based on watts coming in and watts going out, but it does serve a purpose on the EB3A unit itself. Why not include in the app?Show lessMajortom514
Extension Batteries information still missing!!
I’m extremely disappointed with this Apps, since it been upgraded multiple times, it Only shows the average battery percentage …. and Not the individual extension batteries information!
When user got more two extension batteries, it is Not possible to see the power levels of individual battery with this current version!
In contrast with ecoflow Apps, it shows you the extension battery information.
I will stop buying any Bluetti products hence it’s Apps is so bad, and made matter worse, the developer appears doesn’t care about their customer!!!Show lesssalsa bunny :)
Latest version update 2.2.9 is worse than last version 1 update
Now you don’t even get to see the state of charge of any add-on batteries you may have added to your BLUETTI AC200MAX.
I have not seen any improvements going from v1 updates to v2 updates - the updates and upgrades ARE FORCED ONTO YOU. In fact, certain v1 updates seemed to have had more features and were more robust in terms of their WiFi connections to the charger.
I don’t think the spirit of the original designers of this BLUETTI product has been maintained or improved.Show lessFlickr user
Daily and hourly solar production stats and graphs
I would particularly like to be able to see/download daily/hourly the solar production, battery level and electricity usage stats from my AC500. Now i have to remember to note down at the end of each day the total solar production to create my own spreadsheet. All other inverters provide better reporting and even graphs. Please add in the next update. Also, many users noted that the inverter uses about 120W per hour if mains electricity is connected even if not charging (under PV priority) while only 30W with the mains off. We hope the next update will fix this and limit extra consumption use if on mains but not charging from mains, but not sure if this needs to be a firmware update.
Note following April 2024 update: there are now energy statistics in the app but only for models EP600 - EP900. Can we please have these for the AC series too?Show lessSuch_Fun
App is great
I just got my AC300 set up with 2 b300 batteries and am expanding my portable solar array. When I plug in the panels outside (portable) the Bluetti turns itself on. I wait maybe a minute and then can look at the app to see what is happening via wifi. I can also see it when I am not home.English roots

In the last two updates, Bluetti removed from the app the capability to see the state of charge of each battery in the system. This for me is the most important feature so I can see how much charge each battery holds at a given time. I don’t understand why they would take out such an important feature. The app is now completely useless for me and I stopped using it.
Thanks for nothing Bluetti. I was hoping that with this last update you would have fixed it, but no. Now if I want to know the state of charge I actually have to be standing in front of my batteries and checking on the screen. Way to go!Show lessLadillaFan
