Very basic for the offline mode
It’s disappointing the app is tuned to primarily mining our data! Only basic operations are left for the offline users like me.
Please fix it, can see they more users have been complaining about this limitation already…and nothing was done👎mufterunter
Bluetooth connection
I would like to see some device pairing security on the Bluetooth connection. Or have the ability to switch the Bluetooth off on the battery module, disable it.UK Serious user
EP800 with this app works great
I’ve been using the EP800 for over 2 months now and this app has been great. Not sure why there are all the negative reviews. Maybe all the issues were fixed with the EP800 whole-home solar system with battery storage. You can connect through either Bluetooth or WiFi. It’s been great this far.Texaszman1

Purchased ac200max has 2048wh and always goes flat does not charge at 500w with power supply only get 402w max. Purchased to run small freezer as I travel Australia and this power unit is garbage. The app is garbage! Try do a firmware update thinking it will help with all the problems and no update available! Inverter rated 2200w and it can’t even do 1600w toaster!
Ac200max gets to 71 percent charged and jumps to 100 percent in a blink of an eye. No customer care! Faulty product warning here! I have 2 Bluetti units and both are way overpriced and none of them do as advertised!
Lesson here never buy from an online only retailer!
Bluetti send it back Stop your holiday waste your time and money and we will either fix or replace.
Bluetti such a great product that everyone is selling them on Facebook! Because they want to share the joy around. It’s gold plated being marketed as 24k
Recommendation is to get things done by a professional business whom has locations you can visit and complain in person so you have the service you pay for.

Bad app
The power station works great, the app isn’t very good. Should really work on making an app that is as good as the product.Fred1083
Not terrible but close
This app is overly complicated - too much bloat and too many screens to click through to get to my device. It’s really quite ridiculous that I need to reconnect to my BLUETTI every single time through all this junk.
Worse yet, there are no stats for the device - no remaining time based on usage, just an idiot dial showing percentage.
Considering what BLUETTI charges for their devices, I have high expectations for the app required to use them. Hence, the two star rating.Show lessosiris99999111

I don't need weather. I don't need temperature. I don't need to know if it is sunny or what the wind speed is. All of this takes time to load.
All I need this app to do is to load quickly and be ready for user input. I don't need it to lag while it loads the weather report. I don't need all of these conveniences. All I want is a battery percentage. And it doesn't have to look pretty. Just XX% and basic display info and interaction. No fancy gadgets and no GET AN ESTIMATE NOW ads taking up half of my screen when ALL I WANT is to see my % and charge rates.

This app has only gotten worse. It needs some serious work under the hood.
Why do you need a network connection to check the battery charge state over Bluetooth?
Get rid of all the other crap options like forums. The only reason to even have this app is to check the charge state.
Why is a login needed to use a battery bank? It signed me out and I had to keep logging in for a while. It seems to have remembered my user name/PW after a few times.Show lessMoto27

Save my login or get rid of the requirement.
There is no reason this app should not save my login. I am beyond tired of needing to remember my password to log in to a battery percentage app. Save the info; stop requiring that I log in. This is pathetic. "Session expired" for a batter percentage app. Laughable. Save the password at least so *I* don't have to keep remembering it. It literally is not important.
Edit July 2023: I still hate that this app needs to log in so much. Stop needing a password to turn off my paired device. It's not fort Knox. Convenience over security on this one, please.Show lessDeveloper Response
