  • Stop making it worse

The original app was much easier to look at, now I have to filter through options just to look at my unit through Bluetooth.

Make it so when you open the app it goes straight to your last used device, rather than a Home Screen or options menu.

Show how much percentage per/hr the DC and AC options are pulling so that we can better gauge usage.

Keep it simple, and don’t rearrange the app all the time

  • Add real features please

Recent app updates aren’t very useful. Changing graphics or adding things to click for clicking’s sake isn’t moving the app in a good direction.

Would love to see an auto-off timer feature for dc and ac independently. E.g. power down ac in 3hr. Power down dc in 5 hr.

Also an auto-on/off feature that lets you control when the unit powers up and powers down. Several apps, like water flow control apps, allow users to program any number of start/stop routines per day. And no day needs to be the same. Control dc and ac auto on/off independently. E.g. turn on dc at 8am every weekday. Shut it off at 10 pm 7 days a week, etc.
I’d like my Bluetti even more if had good automation capabilities.

  • MacOS

App needs to be updated to work on Mac
  • Please return to old interface

BLUETTI change the AI quite often which is frustrating. We should be able to select which AI style we would like to use. I would like to see PV voltages in the app.
  • Only shows devices offline now

Why did you take an app that was working fine and make it useless?
I can't monitor anything now since the update broke my app which now always shows my devices offline and does nothing but re-prompt to enter the same wifi data that it already had when it was working.
If you hadn't noticed the purpose of this app was to monitor my devices not display your ads, and now it can no longer do that.
Thanks a lot for making all this expensive equipment useless if I can't monitor it.

  • Compared to the competition….yikes

I’ll keep it short. You have good products but need to hired some UI people and bring your app up to modern standards that offer basic stuff.

I feel like I’m using a dated product and it’s the newer eb3a.

I continue to buy from the competition because the app and the products feel modern by comparison. I can’t monitor battery temperature for safety reasons and overall I feel like blue just fell behind when they were the recommended to go for.

As you can see from the rating on this app, you guys need to do something and bring yourself back to the front

  • Why?

Seriously guys comn, obviously we want to see the device working as soon as we start the app not all this other nonsense the have to tap in 2-3 times into device then see a very poor read out? You need to talk to some qualified app makers your seriously dealing with amateurs
  • Cleaner look, poorer experience

Like the new clean look of the app but why are devices now behind multiple taps?

Its great having access to other bluetti services within the app but im pretty certain most people will open the app to check on their device so the first thing you should see are your devices! (Like the ecoflow app)

If i want warranty or something else id rather have those behind another tap so that when i open my app, all i see are the devices i want to manage.

  • Default window at opening

Can you make so when we open the app, it can start at our device list.
  • App works well using Bluetooth

Recently purchased a Bluetti AC200 MAX for our fifth wheel RV. Found this app through the Apple Store, despite the negative reviews we decided to gave it a try.
So glad we did. This application works as advertised!
Both our Apple phones and tablets connect via Bluetooth (note - only one device can be connected at a time) with no problems.
Would be nice if all apps the we have tried worked as well as the Bluetti app.
