  • Does not work in the US

    I am able to log in and register my appliances in Europe but not able to do the same in the US. Have been trying for over a month with no luck using two different devices.

  • When will functionality be restored that was originally in the V1.0 app

    Hello, I still do not have all the functionality that was in the V1.0 app. This was promised over a year ago but I am still only able to, on the freezer, set temperature, the bottle timer and the super frost, and on the fridge, the temperature and the super cool. The bio fresh does nothing when I touch the button. Not very impressed with Liebherr engineering or customer service over this

  • Doesn’t actually do anything

    Not sure what it is. My 36” devices generally stop talking to the app and the app can’t even read the serial number. It broke again today talking to the appliances which i am now starting to regret dumping like $7000 each in. Subzero instead ? The freezer now beeps with a temp alert at 2am every night and wakes me up.
    I am really expecting a lot more from Liebherr and the software.

  • Not a good experience so far

    Here in South Africa we have daily load shedding (the power gets turned off).

    When it returns the freezer starts beeping, this can happen anytime in the day, when it happens at 02:00am in the morning I would have liked a facility to reset an alarm via the app instead of getting out of bed to manually reset the fridge.

    In fact any alarm should be resettable from the app!

    Further diagnostic features would have been nice.

    Any news on when the next “upgrade” will be launched?

    Hello Dafron1, thank you for your feedback. We already plan the possibility to reset alarms in the app, unfortunately I don't know yet when this will be available.   • Doesn’t work!

    Try as I might I can’t connect to my network. Instructions are unclear. Fridge says ‘Connecting’ but I can’t connect to it.

  • Fell at first hurdle

    I just wanted control my fridge, but no this app requires you to set up an account. Why?? Deleted straight away.
    Update: Dev states that an account is required for securely connecting to the fridge. But I don’t believe this necessarily true. There are ways to make secure connections, even if they are limited to just the LAN. This seems like the typical extraneous corp data grab. No thanks.

  • Missing features

    When will the older features be added here? Like the ice maker and sabbath mode?

  • Absolutely ridiculous

    Still no ice maker control in the app and still missing almost all the functionality of the app it replaced.

  • Can’t even register

    What a horrible customer experience when not even able to pass the first step of registering in the app. Incredible when having bought a fridge and freezer for $14K
