  • Regressed App

    Was using the previous version of the app and got a message that I needed to migrate over to the new app. It seems premature since the new app has less functionality than the old one. I’ve never seen an app regression quite like this. I can see and modify temperature and set frost setting, but that’s it.

  • App has gone backwards

    No idea how an app like this was released. I have less controls then the old app. Can’t manage the ice maker for example. Very disappointing, new apps are great but at least feature parity.

  • So the old app now forces me to download new app

    So the old app now stops me from using it and forces me to the new app. Yet the new app has basically zero functionality. Can’t see any thing on me 2020 most expensive freezer you had. Wassup??!?!

  • Duplicate Apps

    It turns out they have 2 identical apps, a 1.0 and 2.0 that look identical here in the App Store. There isn’t much a a way to tell which one you need to use. I just purchased new Monolith devices, but it turns out I’m stuck with the old version.

    Hello, thank you for your Feedback. The SmartDevice app 2.0 is very new and therefore still under construction. That's why not every applinace type is supported yet. For the moment only the new fully integrated appliances of 2021 can be used with this app. We will expand the compatible appliance types step by step. Best regards from the SmartDevice Team.
