  • Bad bad bad

    This is the second “upgrade” and still itching works. I can’t change the temp of the freezer or fridge, it says “can’t be saved”. Timers still not available or the ability to control the ice maker. More and more this app and the product are diminishing in what was good about them.

  • The operating language is not comprehensive.

    I hope to add Chinese as the operating language. After all, the equipment is an international product.

  • Doesn't work

    Wish I'd read reviews of the app before spending sizeable amount of money on the smart device. When I open the app it wants me to go through installing the device again which wasn't straight forward in the first instance, and means fussing around with the fridge door needing to be open for a long time.

  • Latest update shows incompetence

    For each update, the app loses your login info, then it connects via website so they can gather more info about you. The freezer temperature still cannot be adjusted - it reads “it cannot be saved” The adjust bio fresh plus reads 28 degrees Celsius? Skip the app and the product altogether.

  • Horrible upgrade

    Never heard of an upgrade having less functions! When will you have the same functions if not more as the older version.

  • No button for wine fridge light

    The old app used to have the ability to control the light of the wine compartment. The new version does have this feature.

    In addition, I had to repair the devices because no controls were showing when migrating from the old app.

  • A big step backwards

    Often opens to a black screen on latest iOS. I received one open door alarm but none since. Poor confirmation that commands have been received. Not an “upgrade” at all. Very unexpected from our usually very efficient continental neighbours.

  • Forced replacement of old app with unfinished new app.

    Basic things that you could do in the old app (ice maker on/off) can’t be done in the new app. Really odd decision for a business to disable the old app (that worked just fine) with a new app that clearly isn’t even finished.

  • Poor design! Useless

    This app is useless!! I can’t control my ice maker nor turn on holiday mode with the new app! Should not have released until full function is available!!!

  • Horrible forced downgrade

    A prime example of a company releasing a new version, which is neither ready to be released nor has any meaningful changes that requires a new version to begin with. The only extensive features are all the disclosures and potential data sharing you have to agree on - pages of them! Also: looks like it is a simple wrapper around a website, not an actual app.
