Simplicity
At 74 years of age, this is the first money travel card I have ever had. I loaded it with euro’s for our trip to Crete, it was so simple to use (just like a credit/bank card) and was accepted everywhere, we found shops, restaurants and taxis preferred it as they didn’t have to handle cash.
Now we are travelling to USA so the euro’s we have left on card I transferred into USA dollars in less than a minute, so very simple and easy to use I am really impressed and ask myself why I didn’t get this card sooner.
I would certainly recommend.

Like the card but trouble with app
Found the card really useful and easy to use. Simple to transfer money etc. Only issue I have , and also my friend who has one too, was logging in via app. The section where we had to add last 4 digits of our card was not clearly visible and we had to delete and download again to get this to work each time. I will use again on next trip however as this did not put me off and I guess it’s still early sad for the app.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe a small number of devices are experiencing issues depending upon the text size chosen on the device. If you reduce the text size on your device you should be able to see the missing fields. The automatic fix for this will hopefully be released before your next overseas trip and we expect it to automatically resize and resolve the issue you have described. In the meantime you can get the same benefits of the app by using the online portal at https://travelprepaid.mastercard.com/hays/login/
