Verification Code??
There are already lots of comments about NOT getting verication code for new app. Didn’t get one either and have checked my junk folder. Clearly there is a problem that needs to be fixed.

Does not work. Only send 1 code 1 day later does not work.

Version 2 does not work! Forces you to change your password (what is this? A banking app? How much security do you need for a few cents discount?) but the confirmation code was sent MORE THAN SIX HOURS later and (of course) was no longer valid.
The hubris of this programmer thinking they could deal with every user’s password reset on the same day is beyond belief!

New App
I downloaded the new App from the Apple App Store and the instructions are to reset my password. I followed the directions and no email to reset my password came. I’ve tried several times.
Why put out an App without making sure it’s good to go.
Many others I know have had the same issue with Cobs new App.
I’m going to Cobs and I’ll just give the clerk my cell number as usual.
If that doesn’t work and I’ve lost my points that may be it for any future visits.

Updated App Oct 2024
They updated the app Oct of 2024 and I haven’t been able to log in since. Hit reset password and it times out in 15 minutes but takes 24 hours for them to send an access code. Epic failure as previous version worked fine. Oh, and calling the 1-800 is a joke as it continually says above average call

App Update !!
Not doing this update. They are looking to harvest more data from me. First click asks for permission to get more personal data. Not interested! Deleting the app entirely and probably not going to visit a Cobs bread store anytime soon! So frustrating!

Love our Cobs bread products but this app is the pits! For starters you can’t place orders for pick up, as led to believe on line. You can’t add it to your wallet. You can’t tell what each store has. Basically it’s like 1996 internet called and Cobs answered. In need of total re-do. Please Cobs, get a refund from the company who failed you on this app and start over!
