Ads

I used to love this app and used it every day. I haven’t been using it as much lately because they added ads. When I use this app I’m often not in a very great place and don’t have much patience. It stresses me out and makes me mad to get an ad when im trying to calm myself down. I would be much happier with they app if they could get rid of the ads again. :/

Very thankful for this app

everytime i’m about to do something to myself I open this app and sit and watch as the timer goes up and up and the longer I watch it the less I think about doing anything

Good app

Would recommend, very helpful in keeping track.

<3

I love this app. It keeps track of my feelings, and I don’t have to worry about going to people to talk about my feelings. I can simply look at the app, and start talking to it. I’m glad I found this. :)

With or without premium it’s amazing

I like the little games it gives you, it’s interactive, premium is cheap, the analytics is cool and is easy to track things, the journal is awesome and has lots of options in it to describe your day etc. great app imo

Great is free I recommend

I think this app is perfect except one thing you should add which is a milestones feature for when someone reaches a certain amount of time sober there is some sort of animation with confetti or something. Love the app, thanks so much 🙏

Best Self Harm Tracker

This app has been so helpful during my recovery. To start, this app is loaded with features. You can log your progress for the day, see how many days you’ve been self harm free, and even review a history of your journal entries. Not to mention it has the emergency call features, so you can call an emergency contact of your choice with just the click of a button. If that doesn’t work for you, you can type a message ahead of time saying that you need help to any of your contacts through the app. So, if you’re having a crisis, you can send a message without having to type anything. The analytics feature is a great way to show improvement and progress. To top it all off, you can send a copy of your journal entry history to a person like a therapist or someone that’s your support.

Finally, there are ads, but they are mainly banner ads, and not pop ups. So they don’t disrupt your experience with the app. When there are pop-up ads, they are generally very short, and you can click out of them shortly after they pop up.

Overall, if you need a self harm tracker with a simple layout that is jam packed with features for free, I highly recommend this app, and would easily share it with friends.

Great Start

This app has a great start. It has helped me a ton so far. I wish that there was a way to add more emotions to the list. There are only 4 good, 0 medium, and about 12 less than good emotions to choose from. I wish they gave more tools to learn how to categorize your emotions.

Amazing

This is amazing it helps me keep track whenever I need to I will recommend this app to my friend as she sometimes struggles too

Amazing app!

I have been improving a lot on myself because of this app! There’s also a feature where you can have a passcode for it so only you can access it! There’s also an area in the app where you can distract yourself if you have the urge to SH and even a sos button where I think you go to the suicide hotline or something like that, I haven’t needed it yet though because I’ve had this app since February 20th which isn’t long but it has helped a lot :)
