Useless app
This app is useless. You can’t place an order through the app.
You click on Order and the map pops up to show locations on a map but can’t choose a store to place an order through the app.
No 2FA and no way to add funds unless it’s $50 or $100.

The app is pretty great no standing in line and can chose which store to pick up, it has all the items provided, easy to chose and order. The new update tho didn’t let me chose the store but I deleted and redownloaded the app which solved the problem so it’s not that big of an issue.

This app doesn’t work at all. I ordered through this app to pick up, but the store said they never received my order when I went to pick it up. I tried to contact the customer service in the app but it didn’t let me submit my request! Highly disappointed!! Now I have to contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction!!

APP DOES NOT FUNCTION WELL
I placed a pick up order on the app and I picked up the drinks. When I got home I realized I was charged twice. The “help” button on the app DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. There’s an option to submit a request but guess what? you can’t even submit it because there’s an error. I also tried filling out the contact form on the website but no reply or email. Coco’s support can not be contacted whatsoever, staff at the store was even worse. They just kept saying “there’s nothing we can do,” “you need to contact support.” How can we contact support when it doesn’t even exist??

please update the app
when i launch the app, it stops my music. please fix this glitch. very annoying when using the app. it’s also glitchy when trying to select a store that you’re not physically near. sometimes i like to browse and pre order while traveling to my destination.
Beware!!!
Reaching to the next status is a scam! They prevent you from reaching to the next status by raising the $$$ to next level. This happened to me three times and emailed them with pictures. They give you some bogus explanation and don’t respond back. Not worth it at all!!!!

Whenever I click order, it goes to the locations page and the locations never load
No way to use gift card
Got a CoCo tea gift card for the holidays. Wanted to order through the app to use the CoCo Tuesday promo, but there was no way to redeem a gift card, only to buy one. I took it to the nearest store and asked the employees, and none of them knew how to do it either.
Someone broke something in the latest version
This app doesn’t work anymore! I can’t login, can’t reset my password and can’t create a new account! I remember having money loaded into my account and I cannot use whatever the balance is! It’s very frustrating!
