Won’t apply discount codes and the stores aren’t able to match or do anything so I’m stuck. Also the company wants you to add money to the in app card but when I go to the store they can’t scan and use the money I reloaded on the app. Love the tea and would like to go more often but with how bad the app works I’ve decided not to go multiple times. I tried to look into support on the website and it’s just like the app, terrible. They are more interested in getting me to see their TikTok page than looking to see how they can improve their stuff for customers. Just good tea isn’t going to cut it.
