To the starting of 2024 I had downloaded the cava app. Everything was fine and worked very smoothly and I never had an issue when using it to order online. The reason why I’m leaving a one star review is because I had thousands of reward points saved, and I went to redeem them through cavas rewards program on the app and used some of the points, but not all of them and then they flagged my account shadow banned my account for no reason. I was unable to sign in to my account for the next couple of weeks and reached out to customer support to see if I could get my account back and I didn’t hear a response until 2 weeks later from messaging them. NICE JOB CUSTOMER SERVICE. They gave me my account back after not being able to access or use the cava app AT ALL. When I finally got my
