Stuck in a verify email state, and when clicking forgot password it never sends an email to reset password even when pushing send again. And no it’s not bc my storage is full
No point in having this app
In addition to the login issues as noted in other reviews, my purchases no longer add “bubbles” or points to my account. What’s the point of using the app instead of cash/card if I’m not getting rewards for my purchases? It’s a shame that there was once a fully functioning app but now we have one that hasn’t worked properly in months and nothing seems to be done about it

Horrible experience
I tried to use the app to order because they said there will be first time user discount. I ordered 1 item, said the item is not available at this time.. I ordered a different item, happened again. I tried to order a milk tea for the pass 20 minutes and all the items I chose were “ not available at this time”. I went to the store and asked if any of the items that I initially want to order is available. The employee said everything is available. I asked if I can get the discount that it shows in the app and they told me no, it’s only in app… so if nothing is available to purchase in the app.. what is the promotion for? Is it a scam to get people to download the app?

Very Glitchy, resets often, now I can’t even log in
It was a good app at first and I was making use of the bubble rewards and then the past few months I can’t even log in anymore. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app, changing my password, etc. There’s no way to report it in Apple. It also deletes your saved settings, payment methods, and purchase history frequently. Needs a lot of work.

Scammed
There was so much wrong with this order. First they forgot to get my straw. Secondly, they put a undrinkable amount of sugar in my macha milk drink when I clicked the regular sugar level which was 100% not regular sugar. My tongue and mouth is still numb from the amount of sugar. Thirdly, I got strawberry popping bubble in a different drink and the bubbles were NOT popping at ALL, it was straight up hard. Fourth, it got delayed an hour and my drink was warm. I did not receive any refund and I am extremely mad.

From bad to worse
I contacted KF Tea on how bad the app worked a few releases ago and received a response of “oh well” more or less. Now the app is stuck in a verify email state and is no longer usable. KF Tea should outsource their app to a different team because when the development team takes an app and makes to consistently worse each update, it is a great disservice to the franchises trying to run a business. Save yourself the trouble and just book mark the site on your web browser…that actually works.
Update: Website doesn’t work either. Acted like my order went through with ApplePay but I get there and it wasn’t fulfilled. I went to Baskin Robbin’s instead. I’ll find another bubble tea store.

Please stop making me log in every time I want to order!!!!
I think a lot of improvements can be made to this app. I need to spend a lot of time logging in because you need to put your password in every time. Also, there should be an option to use Apple Pay when you purchase something. Super frustrating to get in the app though.
Points Not Accumulating
The last update or so, when I scan my card at the store, I’m noticing my “bubbles” are not changing. I have been at 85 bubbles after 4-5 visits, same with my belts, I’ve been stuck at 630 bubbles to go until the next ranking. I’ve tried paying with the app, preloading money…but no points are accumulating. However, my bubble history shows I scanned my card and shows how much I paid each time.

Accounts can no longer be accessed. New acct only work for couple weeks
When KF Tea moved to new app. Everything was working fine until a month ago (Jan 2024) I can no longer access my original acct. Reset doesn’t work. No email sent to acct. Had to creat new acct with new email. Worked fine until April 1, 2024. April 2nd, we got logged out and can no longer access the new acct. Money lost. Points lost. Def driving customers away from business.

Updated app has tons of issues
The credit card gets deleted randomly. The bubbles won’t get credited when scanned at the store. I have to keep emailing to get them to credit me the bubbles, and it takes them weeks and multiple tries to do it. “Oh you probably didn’t input your email or phone #” No, they’re in there, your app just doesn’t work. I never had issues with the old app, but the new app is horrible.
