Password Reset
The app keeps loggin me out everytime I open it. I go to put my password in and it gives me an incorrect error. Even though I know it’s not incorrect I change the password in hopes to getting into my account. Literally as soon as I reset it, it says it’s incorrect. At this point I just want access so I know my card information is no longer on there so I can delete it and be done with it. Screw the points!

Can’t Reset Password
I hadn’t used the app in awhile and when I returned I was prompted to update the app and reset my password for a “new experience” in the app. This was in January 2024, it’s now March and after multiple attempts to reset my password, uninstall and reinstall the app, and reach the site via their “Contact Us” page I have been unable to access my account. I have rewards points and money in my account. Luckily when I order in store, the cashier can still use my phone number to add rewards but there’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to access my account. It’s really frustrating.

Keeps saying my password is wrong
Every time I try to log into the app it keeps telling my my password is wrong and even when I change it still says the same thing. I tried to delete the app then get redownload it then log in but it still tells me it’s wrong.
No options not to use rewards
I tried using my T-Mobile Tuesday $2 off coupon today. Found out with the new app that I cannot NOT use my rewards money. There’s no option not to use my rewards money and only use my T-Mobile $2 credit. I was forced to use the rewards cash that I was going to save for another day. I don’t like this new feature on the updated app.

Buggy
1. My payment methods disappear every few weeks, so I keep having to add back my credit card which doesn’t give me great confidence in their security or data storage
2. My purchase history is missing purchases from 2-3 weeks ago.
3. My reward bubbles seem to change randomly even when I haven’t made purchases. Guessing it’s bugs fixes causing the changes? It’s changed so much I’ve given up trying to figure out what’s right or wrong.

Fix it
The app worked perfectly for the longest time and now it’s been broken for weeks, where is the fix? The latest “bug fix” update did nothing for the login and password problems that everyone is having. Look at the recent reviews and do something about it
Takes forever
Horrible app. This app takes fifty years to sign you in as the process is so many steps it’s not worth having. Not only that but to even order you MUST give them your information. Horrible design, terrible product. Unless you make the app easy for me I will not use your product.
Can’t reset password but I need to make a new one?
I hate to leave a bad review but I’ve both uninstalled and redownloaded the app several times, been told to verify my account. I do , then it tells me to change my password so I try to but it says it can’t? And even with a reference codes I get to reset , it says those codes aren’t valid? 😭😭 idk why it’s been like this. I’ve even waited several days and tried again

Worst reward app
I always have to take time to sign in to the app. It’s now telling me i have to reset my password because of a new system yet it won’t let me change it. I shouldn’t have to put money in it to get points i should just be able to scan and pay with my card in case it’s a quick stop. Horrible reward app the worst that i have. So horrible that i don’t even use it when i purchase which discourages me from even purchasing it unless rare occasions.

The app is great, just missing a few features
I have had this app for years. Overall it works and functions as it’s supposed to. In the newest version, they took off the option to tip which I do not like since I never have money on me, just my phone and I pay with the app. Also, I really wish it would show how many bubbles you need before the next belt. They also used to have way more promotions and now I rarely see them.
