No sign-up allowed through app, no 2FA, can only load $50 or $100
They fixed the map issue but now you can’t sign up for an account through the app. It doesn’t recognize any mobile number that is entered. The only way to sign up is to go the log-in screen, click on the forgot password link, and then use the sign-up link the email you get telling you don’t have an account so no password can be retrieved.
No 2FA, a must have for any app storing credit card info.
Can only reload your account with $50 or $100. Who th puts that kind of money on a bubble tea app? Even Starbucks and Dunkin allow $5 reloads.

Typed in right password but still can’t login

The app doesn’t even let me get past location
Flow for registration breaking
I registered via the app but when i tried to login it wont send me the verify information to my phone. It is showing the right number. I have clicked it multiple times. When i click the back arrow it went back to the login where there is another back arrow and that took me back to the registration info (it should not do that) and my info was correct on there. When i clicked the sign up button again it wont sign me up because my info already exists.
