Unable to create account
Every time I attempt to create an account, I’m stuck with a loading symbol at the sign up page after putting all of my information. I have a gift card I’d like to redeem online but that no longer seems like an option for me.

August 2022 update full of bugs
UX wasn’t great in the previous version but it was reliable. With the latest update there are a lot of bugs:
- total on the checkout button is incorrect (applying tax again on top of tax or something?)
- Edit from cart then miscalculates price because it is using the incorrect total from bug 1
- Loading the app it starts a countdown of when your drink will be ready… before you’ve even ordered
- Map is now useless as it shows the whole world instead of zooming into your location

good app but freezes a lot
it’s a really easy to use app but recently it will not load at all. it will only stay in the opening screen and just freezes. the only way for me to use the app is to delete and re-install it (i usually have to do this everytime i want to order something)
easy and helpful
Incredibly fast and useful. Also the drinks are really refreshing and affordable. I love it！
Might as well pay cash/card in store
Only benefit from this app is the cash back which you can only use if you deposit money into the app. There is absolutely no promos/deals after the first one given for downloading the app. Had this app since the day it came out and no promos.

no offers?
good app, but every time i check there is no offers. it’s also missing half the menu. you have to spend $200 before you can get an upgrade from 2% to 3% cash back, and a free drink. that’s really not worth it imo. if the lines aren’t long, you might as well just order in store. please fix this.
Fast and easy
Ordering through the app is easier than going to the store and ordering. I can just skip the line and pick up my order on the way. I love it because I also get rewards and points for buying drinks. I love it

It have ａgood reward program and many member benefits. You can just order and pick it up without waiting for a long time. It it a cash back app! How amazing is that. Order drinks and get cash back!
