This was the worst experience we have ever had at Golden Corral. It was very obvious the workforce was understaffed. There was an issue with about 1/2 of the food options being empty and what was on the buffet was sparse. Our server - Billy - did an excellent job. This was a Friday night and knowing a lot of families eat out on Friday night you would think you would be adequately prepared. We have eaten at both the Taylor and the Toledo locations and observe what goes on. We have seen the managers on many occasions in the Toledo restaurant step on where ever needed without hesitation. To night we literally watched on in Taylor go home at the peak of this whole mess. Totally disappointed.
