Not as good as peds rap
We’re forced for change to the hippo app but it’s way less intuitive. It’s harder (or impossible?) to find downloaded episodes for plane rides and it’s harder to find where you are when you last left the app. It involves endless scrolling through episodes to find what you want.

Thank you for your feedback! Your downloaded chapters will appear in the app in the "Bookmarks" tab. Also, we will be rolling out updated designs soon that will make it easier to find recently played chapters and to pick up where you left off. Hope this helps! Great content, issues with app
I love the content, but part of what makes this great as a resource is the potential to reference previous topics as I encounter them in practice. Unfortunately, the search function doesn’t work well enough to make that possible.
I can type ‘constipation’ into the search bar, and the recent episode on constipation is nowhere to be found. This month, there’s an episode on splinters. Type ‘splinters’, and I get results on HIV care instead. So I’m left scrolling back through all the previous episodes trying to find the relevant topic, which I don’t have time for when patients are waiting.
When we could use Apple Podcasts, we had the benefit of their search function, which was much better.
Given the price I pay for access, I am holding out hope that the app will eventually be made more usable.

This app has issues.
App stalls and 5 second pauses between clicks.
And numerous clicks to get to my section, primary care RAP.
The content is ok. But almost impossible to figure out what is playing next. Or listen to old episodes.

Allow streaming on other apps
Podcasts need to be available to stream via other apps.
Keeps crashing
I love Peds rep. That’s my favorite way of getting seeing me. However, every time the newest version of the app loads it crashes.

I am finding this app so glitchy! I paid quite a bit for the subscription so its really disappointing. I can’t seem to search for topics or episodes - when I click on one episode, another one will play and then the app crashes. My phone is new and updated so not sure what the problem is

I can’t switch between UC Rap and PC rap and sometimes the content completely disappears. I’ve done all the usual tech fixes including uninstall reinstall and all I get is the spinning wheel of death when I want to play UC rap. I’ve started to listen to this months content on the internet on my long drive to work, which can be awkward

Stuck
Glitchy. Somewhere got stuck and wouldn’t play episode. Deleted and reinstalled and hopefully that works but kind of clumsy solution.

Why did you change the app interface. I’m not enjoying it
