This is extremely helpful feedback - we love hearing about the different ways our learners use our app because it helps us to build in better support for those features. We are working on improving the accuracy of tracking listened chapters and will make sure to give special attention to this experience when offline. In the meantime, using the "Mark as Played" feature for any chapters that have not been accurately tracked will ensure that you receive the CME credit that you have earned by listening (note that there is a 15 minute delay between marking as played and seeing that activity in your CME history). Automatically removing downloaded but played chapters is a great idea and has been added to our list of new features to develop. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!

Thanks for your feedback! Currently, our search returns results for all of our RAP content across different subscriptions - this is so that you are able to see that the content exists, even if you don't happen to have that particular sub. However, we understand that the current experience is confusing because the results do not clearly differentiate between subscribed and non-subscribed content. We have a fix for this in the works where you will be able to see a group of search results from your subscriptions, and a separate group with non-subscribed results. We really appreciate you sharing your experience, and are thrilled you love our content.

Hi there! So glad you love our amazing content! We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties with the app remembering your login and subscription. We would love to hear more details on your experience of your subscription not being saved. This is the first report of that issue and we would love to get that resolved asap - please email feedback@hippoed.com with a description of the behavior you are seeing. We are aware of the bug where attempting playback occasionally jumps to a different chapter, and our developers are working on a fix for that. Thank you for your feedback! Some of the bugs you've mentioned (the app not tracking your playback history accurately, slow load times) are in the process of being resolved and we plan to release fixes for these as soon as possible. The other issues (buttons are too small and unresponsive, load screen cycling through the same questions) are new and we will look into these asap. And finally, you have included some great feature requests! Autoplay not working on the last chapter is by design, but we will look into changing that behavior. We are also actively exploring RSS options to determine if we are able to bring back the ability to listen to subscribed pods on other podcast platforms. Auto delete for downloaded but played content is a slam dunk and has been added to our list of planned updates. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience, this is extremely helpful in our efforts to continually improve our platform.

Hi Mary, thanks for your review! We are working on increased accuracy for tracking listen history and in the meantime we encourage you to use the "Mark as Played" feature. There can be up to a 15 minute delay between completing a chapter/marking it as played and having that CME credit appear in your CME history. Great content, app still needs work
-When selecting to review a segment from search results, the accompanying summary does not match the segment I would like to review. It typically shows info from a different search result. I often will search for a specific episode to review the written summary and this problem makes it impossible to do so. Also, it would be helpful to have the option of reading the written summary from a segment without having to elect playing the audio.
-It would also be helpful to be able to sort/select CME by specific dates or time frames instead of just by year. When providing completion of CME for employer reimbursement, I end up needing to sort through months of listening to find the appropriate dates

Thanks for your review! This is our first report of the issue where the written summary doesn't match the selected segment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will work on a fix for this. The ability to read the written summary without playing the chapter and the ability to select and filter CME by date are both planned improvements - we are hard at work and the app will be updated with these features as soon as possible.
