CME not tracking with new app
Using the app I’ve listened to entire episodes of UC Rap and had minimal amounts of the actual CME recorded. Usually happens when using auto play. Although the CME is good, the app is bad and I do miss the old format.
UN-improved
I listened to the old AAPA Primary Care Rap. App was not perfect, but okay. This one … I was liking the 10 second fwd/back option on the iPhone locked screen. I was disappointed in the difficulty finding where I had left off. Then the new app decided that “play” will not work anywhere ever. After fighting a bit gave up, listened to NPR reply the same news again, and uninstalled it later at home (I’m a car listener). I will reinstall and hope for the best after I look up my password again.

They have fixed all my issues
The developers are very active and respond to user feedback. They have fixed all the issues I had with the app, most importantly that it stopped after each segment. Kudos to the developers and this is now a great app and has great content

This app is feces
Very difficult to listen to the podcast of choice.
For some reason when you complete a podcast the next one will not start on its own. Often I will listen to this app while I am running and at the end of the track I have to stop, get to my phone to start the next track. Also I have multiple Hippo education subscriptions which do not work on this app. I think this app has potential but whoever designed it needs to dedicate more time to fine-tune it. I can only give this app one star. If you were looking for a continuing education this is the best you’ll find however getting the information is now subpar. I have always recommended Hippo Education to all my coworkers but now I don’t even like listening to their podcast because this app is feces!

Disappointing
Why oh why did we have to abandon the old UC Rap app? It was so much better than this one. The podcasts will not play consecutively even with that setting turned on. I love my UC Rap but it is terrible that we had to switch the this inferior app. I listen in my car and it’s ridiculous that I have to press play with each track. Get it together Hippo Ed! I’m a long time subscriber- over five years! Also when I went to find my CME from this year they Are all missing, even though I listened to every single episode.

Content is great! App is worthless
While I love the content and programs provided by Hippo, this app is absolute trash.
- Half the time it’s frozen and won’t respond to touch.
- It hasn’t yet credited me for time spent listening to programs.
- The fact that you can’t cue up what you’d like to have play next is a let down.
Over all… the app itself makes me regret spending the money on this program. Awfully expensive to not be able to use.

Updated app doesn’t work as well
New app is difficult to navigate. Does not automatically play through each piece even though “play all” is selected. Old app worked great- if it isn’t broke don’t fix it!!
Great content, nice app
The content from Hippo is the best I’ve found, and the app seems to be working much better after the last update.
Bring back the old app
New app hasn’t worked correctly since I downloaded it. Trying to play August content and it will not work. Deleted app and reinstalled and still won’t work. I wish I hadn’t deleted the old UCRap app!!
