Amateurish failure
I have 2 of these on 2 separate units and they both have the same problem. The thermostats occasionally randomly get stuck inaccurately reading the room as hotter than it is so it causes the units to run excessively and cool the room way beyond the setpoint then at some random moment read the room temp correctly and function normally. For example, if the temp is set to 78 it will start running to cool the room as normal BUT it will show the temperature of the room as 81 and then instead of counting down as it cools to 78 it will cool the room all the way 76 and then jump from 81 to 76. The rest of the time it Is will function normally showing the right room temperature and maintaining the set point. Additionally the app is clunky, clumsy and not intuitive and takes way too many clicks to get what you want compared to the prior app which worked flawlessly. Hey Bosch if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. App feels like it was created by a high school student and approved by his father.

Absolute Junk
This has to be the worst app in the store. You can’t get past single key ID. No help and no information to setup a Bosch system. Moreover, you’re required to use this app going forward to control Bosch HVAC systems.
Bosch EasyAir App
I’ve been prompted several times to download this app. Believe me I have tried. The app does not work. Beyond setting up a password, when you go to the next prompt, the screen goes blank and stays blank.

Horrible App
Tried to get this app and just fill out the basic information and it keeps rejecting my codes that are send by this app. Can’t even get past step two, so I gave up. Bosch is a great company but not sure IF they were thinking when they are switching to this app instead of keeping the existing one. I guess I will manage my system from the thermostat instead of using a faulty app. Terrible decision on Bosch’s part.

Bosch Heat Pump Data
Bosch needs to look around at other Apps like Sensi…. Shows me daily and monthly system run times right on the App and on the thermostat it’s minimal. If it’s on the App somewhere it’s not easy to find. Considering switching out the Bosch Thermostat for the Sensi because the Bosch provides limited information. The contractor information should be at least visible to the homeowners. Not so impressed homeowner!
