Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing the DC (IAD) to New Orleans (MSY) routes for Dec 30 - Jan 3, the current fare is $267.96 per ticket, far from the $1,500 mentioned. Our prices come directly from the airlines and typically align with other platforms. If you encounter unusual pricing, we recommend trying again and double-checking the airport codes entered, as errors—like selecting a regional, less popular airport or international airport—can result in inflated fares by the airline. Thank you for your feedback. The cancellation and refund policy for your specific ticket is clearly display during the booking process to which you agreed to before booking. As a reminder, if you select a non-refundable ticket which is what you did, all payments paid are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. This policy is in align with standard airline policies, which allow little to no flexibility for non-refundable fares. For future travel, we always recommend selecting a fully refundable fare as this allows optimal flexibility for refunds after 24 hours of booking.
