Horrible installment plans, and no refunds! They will keep your money when you cancel. The app was set up to confuse. It offered a refund but when I had to cancel the owner herself was messaging me and she was so rude and greedy. Please think twice before using this service.

It's essential to clarify that while many of the fares offered by the airline are indeed non-refundable, we do offer customers two different options to get refunds. You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the original purchase. Additionally, we provide the option of booking refundable fares that offer the flexibility for refunds should you need to cancel after 24 hours of booking. These fares typically cost more by the airline.
During the booking process, we provide clear information regarding the airline's policy including fare restrictions, to ensure customers make an informed decision. We always recommend choosing a fare class that aligns with your travel needs, as we understand that plans can change.Love this app and will always use it! Prices are out of this world expensive. Tested multiple location and boy they will rip your socks off with prices. You are better off booking with airliner direct than with this people. Skip this if you like your wallet.

If you book with an airline directly, they might be offering a promotion or discount that we are unable to offer as a seller. We do charge a service fee for using our payment plans, which is clearly displayed as separate from the ticket price when you are booking. Our service fee allows us to offer payment plans to customers like you without a credit check and without charging interest, which can compound month over month. We believe a one-time, upfront service fee is more transparent and more equitable. We recommend booking well in advance to lock in a lower fare if you are price conscious.
