If you book with an airline directly, they might be offering a promotion or discount that we are unable to offer as a seller. We do charge a service fee for using our payment plans, which is clearly displayed as separate from the ticket price when you are booking. Our service fee allows us to offer payment plans to customers like you without a credit check and without charging interest, which can compound month over month. We believe a one-time, upfront service fee is more transparent and more equitable. We recommend booking well in advance to lock in a lower fare if you are price conscious.

My emails were sent from their third party booking partner to them and they did not send it to me until I asked for it on numerous occasions. It had important information regarding a flight cancellation. Just be careful if you have any rescheduling concerns or flight cancellations. Donβt let them hide your information and cause you to pay more money than necessary.

Your contact information is securely stored in our system for the sole purpose of facilitating direct communication between you and Airfordable, specifically regarding your payment plan and booking information, before completing your payment plan. This is explicitly disclosed in our terms of service and can sometimes be overlooked but is crucial in avoiding any confusion. Upon the completion of a payment plan, we provide all customers with the necessary information to independently manage their booking at their convenience. While this process has proven seamless for the majority of our customers, we certainly value your feedback, as it serves as a valuable tool in helping us enhance the overall Airfordable experience.
