They will change your email and number and put in their own personalized email and number. And will receive your personal information for you and will give you the hardest time if you have an issue with rescheduling or canceling a flight by not sharing your emails with you.
My emails were sent from their third party booking partner to them and they did not send it to me until I asked for it on numerous occasions. It had important information regarding a flight cancellation. Just be careful if you have any rescheduling concerns or flight cancellations. Don’t let them hide your information and cause you to pay more money than necessary.hthttnd

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the original purchase. Additionally, we provide the option of booking refundable fares that offer the flexibility for refunds should you need to cancel after 24 hours of booking. These fares typically cost more by the airline. Great Concept, Terrible App
Have tried to use the app on multiple occasions (in fact, got so frustrated I deleted at one point) but never have any luck.
I either can’t log in or I can’t even type in the location. So for that reason haven’t been able to even use the app, ever.sillyj
