  • Horrible app

    I’ve been using wildfire for about 20 years and this app makes me want to choose another place to bank with. I’ve moved most my family to wildfire and conveniently could INSTANTLY transfer money between accounts. Now it takes 2 to 5 days and half the time the money gets sent back to my own account. If this does not get fixed I will be taking my business elsewhere and I know my household will follow.

    This is terrible I can't log my account in even though I had signed in on my other account this was a terrible experience and still is.

    This app is literally impossible to use the old app worked fine and was straightforward. Why force everyone to switch apps and logins just for the app to have 5 million bugs?

  • Awful!

    This new app is terrible. The old app was so much better! You used to be able to transfer money from one account to another and have it happen immediately. Now it takes AT LEAST one day if not more for the transfer to take place! Don’t even get me started on the so called security measures that make it almost impossible for both members of the same account to be able to log into the account electronically!

  • Why??!!

    Why change it!? My card has been compromised and I can’t even lock my card now till the morning! I feel like this was attempted before and it wasn’t great at all. I am so upset that I can’t do anything with my account and freeze my OWN card to not loss money!

    Hi, we are sorry the new app hasn't met your expectations. You are able to do this in mobile banking. Once you are logged in, you will see a "Cards" icon link in the menu at the bottom of you screen. Click the icon to view all of your cards. Select the card you want to lock and tap the lock card toggle in the white box below the card image to lock your card. Unlock your card by toggling the switch to the left. If you continue to have issues, please give us a call at 989-249-8200 and we will be happy to answer your questions and assist.
  • Forced Migration, still terrible 4 years later

    Nothing like being forced into new digital plus system that has failed to improve over 4 years. This must be the developers first attempt at UX as this is horrible.

  • Terrible app features

    I’ve been a member since 2000 but this app has me wanting to pull all my money out and switch to a new bank.
    Transferring money is impossible even if it’s a transfer from your rewards to your savings…. It never works.
    The old app was great! I never had a problem with it. This new app has little to no options where as before I could do everything I needed to without a phone call or in person visit. (Which is huge for someone who doesn’t live it the state anymore).
    Overall it’s a terrible app. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
