  • Can’t even login

    Every time I enter my login and pw the whole thing just shuts down. It works on my laptop but that’s hardly convenient.
  • Terrible

    I really dislike the new app. I didn’t want to leave the old one, but I kept being pestered to make a new account. This one barely works. There is a delay when transferring money so your balance doesn’t reflect accurately for a few minutes. I can’t see a pending check deposit. And now the app flat out won’t open and crashes whenever I try to login. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled and still the same problem. I hope these issues get resolved soon. I’d at least like to be able

    We are aware of current issues with the new system and are diligently working to correct them. We are also listening to our members and using the feedback to improve it. Although our original system had some great features, it no longer allows us to make improvements or changes for our current and future needs. I hope that as time goes by and we make the needed corrections and improvements, that our new system will be easy and very functional for you. We did push an update out for our app, please make sure you are up to date and if your issues logging in continue, please give us a call at 989-249-8200 or stop in and we will investigate.
  • App is no better

    I try to log into the app and it opens but after logging in the app just closes. I tried it quite a few times and it did the same thing. I turned wifi on and off and the same thing.

    Also when i log in it doesnt sure the correct amount it doesn’t deduct pending transaction like the previous app does. It shows the transaction but does reflect on balance. I can go into account and come back to main page and ask pending transactions are gone then and added to my account.

    I was excited to get a new mobile banking app but I’m still having the same issues as before which is I cant get into my account. Isn’t that the reason for mobile banking?

    There is a bit of a delay for the app to update with the new amounts when a transaction is made so it may be a few minutes until the account amounts in the app update to show the correct amount after a transaction. We are aware of current issues with the new system and are diligently working to correct them. Please give us a call at 249-8200 or 800-227-2328 and we can assist you.
  • Go back to the old app, at least I could log in

    I cannot log in with either face id or passcode, app just crashes! Please fix this ASAP, bills are due!

    When I click on “ log in” there app closes it self and keeps me in the constant cycle of trying to log in and opening the app after it closes

    User unfriendly. Locks up all the time. Much prefer the old website/app.

    If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Constantly crashing, anytime it starts to load, it crashes. And the UI is terrible
  • Disappointing

    A new/updated app was needed. The first day looking through this new app it seemed nice ne modern, more user friendly. But now I can’t even login. The app crashes before allowing me to log in. So there’s no way for me to see any of my information. I hope they have an update soon that fixes the issue.

    Works when it feels like it… lots of bugs to work out

    BOOOOOOO… can’t even see my account information, app doesn’t make it past the log in screen before crashing. Can’t log in with Face ID. CRASH. Can’t log in with passcode. CRASH. Useless app. shouldn’t have disconnected the old app when the new one is full of BUGS.
